Unfortunately, one didn’t make it during the shipping process but they refunded me more than the value of one piece and might I say very promptly. I’m looking forward to ordering other colors. I received my vessels well packaged and… I received my vessels well packaged and in less than a week. They are so beautiful in person. I had a small minor issue to where the wrong color vessels were sent, I contacted customer service and they were very helpful and fixed the issue right away. Thank you so much I will definitely be ordering again!

Pink shade not as it appeared in person There was nothing wrong with the vessel, it was identical to the Aura. However, the pink didn’t appear to be as pretty in person. If you could stock this vessel in matte frost I would absolutely purchase from your company!

Don’t buy from Ambrosina poor customer service I bought candle vessels from Ambrosina when I received order all my vessels were broken except for 4 vessels due to poor packaging of glass vessels. Contacted thru email sent photo and a video no response and it’s been several days. There are plenty others candle vessels suppliers out there that I have bought from with excellent packaging of vessels and the best customer service..I will not buy from this supplier again. Don’t waste your time or money with this company.
