GBPaid extra to rush ship, order was never placed. We ordered 7 in slab lights and needed the junction boxes rushed ship for concrete pour. We were assured that we would get the product in time if we paid additional shipping AND an expedite rush charge. We paid both and the order was not placed. I called several times to get a tracking number and didn't get a call back. 4 days later I was able to get a hold of someone, they informed me that they forgot to place the order. No attempt at that point was made to overnight the parts, they continued in the normal process and the parts arrived 4 days later. No refund has been given for the expedite charge.

GBHad to check on order We had to follow up on the order, and when we received the Seagull Mini Cans they didn't have the baffles, and when contacted they could not get them for us. I found them at another webb site and purchased them. Had I known the baffles didn't come with the cans I would have looked elsewhere. Not really Lumitera's fault the old style cans the baffles were included. Seagull made the change

CAOrder delayed and horrible communication Order never processed through thier site, but my card was charged. had to call three days later to get order processed. Was told on Wednesday that order would ship on Friday and I would get a notification. I had to call on Monday to ask about shipping status. Was told I would get a call back shortly and never did. Left vm and sent email on Monday Night. Called 2 hours into the business day on Tuesday to finally find out that light shipped Monday and would be delivered tuesday.

GBDo not order from this company Poor communication. Rude customer service. Tell you one thing, then when you order all of a sudden everything has a 4 week plus backorder.
