I purchased KN95 Professional Prevention Face Mask (20 PCs) from their website on April 23rd, and on now May 27th I still have not received my order. I have contacted lifease several times requesting a refund, to which they respond with a tracking number that has not been updated since April 29th. I am writing this review as warning for prospective buyers. Please do not make the same mistake as me. And for lifease I hope the $69.99 you stole from me was worth it.

BEWARE. they try to deceive customers. I bought a foot spa massager, and when I purchased, there was no specific return policy pertaining to this item that once opened it cannot be returned. On the bottom of the page it even says "satisfied or returned". The product doesn't work well, so I decided to return it but my request was rejected. The company pretended that they had that return policy note for this item. I had screen recording that shows they didn't have it before I requested the return. Don't buy from them. There are better products from better companies.
