GBReturn or exchange policy is difficult and some luggage are not actually carry on dimensions Website says that you can do exchanges but when contacted about an exchange I was told "Lifease does not support the replacement of products of different specifications, replacement only supports products of the same specification." which is pretty much a replacement for the same item. Not sure what other items would have the same dimensions. Specifically, as it pertains to one of their suitcases, even though this one is noted as a 20" its dpeth does not meet carry on standards.

GBBEWARE. they try to deceive customers. I bought a foot spa massager, and when I purchased, there was no specific return policy pertaining to this item that once opened it cannot be returned. On the bottom of the page it even says "satisfied or returned". The product doesn't work well, so I decided to return it but my request was rejected. The company pretended that they had that return policy note for this item. I had screen recording that shows they didn't have it before I requested the return. Don't buy from them. There are better products from better companies.
