Return or exchange policy is difficult and some luggage are not actually carry on dimensions Website says that you can do exchanges but when contacted about an exchange I was told "Lifease does not support the replacement of products of different specifications, replacement only supports products of the same specification." which is pretty much a replacement for the same item. Not sure what other items would have the same dimensions. Specifically, as it pertains to one of their suitcases, even though this one is noted as a 20" its dpeth does not meet carry on standards.

Still be careful edited original review because they finally gave me a refund.. I wanted a new product in my size but I’ll take what I can get... I would still be careful because it took multiple Emails to get that- They told me to give it to my friends or relatives! - I think that’s kinda nuts!! It just gets me because on the page with the item it says right on the same page no hassle returns... and I got hassles. It’s very misleading to have that on the order page then something else in fine print.

FRAUD FRAUD Do NOT use this company. I bought some shoe boxes, but what I was sent was nothing like what I ordered. Refund only offered if I return the package to China (very expensive). When I did that, found that the return address provided was not complete. When eventually the proper address was given, the parcel was refused! After many emails of hassling I was given 80% refund, but I still had to pay the customs charge on the parcel they wouldn't accept. Dealing with this company has been a VERY EXPENSIVE mistake. Do not buy from this company. They are not trustworthy.

BEWARE. they try to deceive customers. I bought a foot spa massager, and when I purchased, there was no specific return policy pertaining to this item that once opened it cannot be returned. On the bottom of the page it even says "satisfied or returned". The product doesn't work well, so I decided to return it but my request was rejected. The company pretended that they had that return policy note for this item. I had screen recording that shows they didn't have it before I requested the return. Don't buy from them. There are better products from better companies.

I am beyond pleased with my purchase I am beyond pleased with my purchase. Worth the price. Now for those who don’t read description, some of the products are shipped from overseas so it will take 10 - 15 days. IT'S NORMAL considering the COVID-19! For me it’s perfect.
