It is now my 3rd order with Capitol-lighting and my parents have place many orders - it is definitely the place to purchase light fixtures: great selection, very competitive prices, orders arrive promptly and they are very well packaged so all together a great experience and such nice additions for a home or business.

Do not use this company!!! Waiting for a chandelier I ordered over 2 months ago. They never communicate with me about delays in shipping, I have to call and ask every time. It has been delayed 3 times with zero communication from 1800 Lighting. I highly recommend using another company to avoid this unnecessary stress, I wish I had.

Great customer service so far I just purchased a 60 inch fan from 1800 lighting. I didnt get a confirmation right away so I went on the online chat. The guy had my info pulled up and squared me away in literally seconds. Super nice amd super fast. I will update this review if something happens with the shipment but so far I'm extremely happy.
