GBCustomer service is lacking Customer service is lacking, to say the least. I purchased a torch lamp less than a year ago and the button fell off. After several attempts at calling, without successfully getting through to anyone, I emailed. After an initial response, they have gone radio silent. Capitol Lighting has always been my lighting store of choice, but now I would hesitate to purchase from them again.

GBJust right! Capital always has what I need anywhere from clearance to showroom. The prices are right and the sales staff, stock people and cashiers are always a pleasure. They also have a very good return policy, should you need it, but I never do because I always LOVE the quality, selection and service. The first place I look and no need to go anywhere else!

GBI have been dealing with the store in… I have been dealing with the store in Stuart Florida and in particular the customer service rep Kaitlin Booe. From day one since Sept. 2022 I have received numerous fixtures I did not order. Kaitlin does not return e mails since for two months she could not get the order correct. It seems they are unable to look at the paid sales order ticket and ship the customer what they paid for and ordered.

GBWebsite has misleading ship times! Website has misleading ship times! We canceled our order with another company who sold the same lights, because this site said the items will ship in 2 days. That was 6 weeks ago. Called yesterday, didnt get a call back. Their customer service is horrible. Super frustrating...I'd leave 0 stars if that were possible!

GBVery helpful customer service and fair pricing I wanted to update my home and needed 8 ceiling fans. They were always quick on the phone or chatting, and helped with choosing the fans, which rods, which remotes-everything! Then I had one remote not being used and they were easy to work with regarding the return. I also believe I got the best fans for the best price. I recommend them!
