I have been dealing with the store in… I have been dealing with the store in Stuart Florida and in particular the customer service rep Kaitlin Booe. From day one since Sept. 2022 I have received numerous fixtures I did not order. Kaitlin does not return e mails since for two months she could not get the order correct. It seems they are unable to look at the paid sales order ticket and ship the customer what they paid for and ordered.

They made it so easy to send them back, no questions asked. They promptly processed and credited my return and extended me a discount on my next purchase. Company is horrible Company is horrible! Would not use them for anything! Placed an order in June and it is now mid November and no sign of my items and zero communications despite my desperate attempts to get info. What an absolute horror show they are and hopefully people see this before even thinking of dealing with them. Buyer beware!

Very poor follow-up customer service Purchased a hanging fixture from salesperson Barton Cross at Capitol Lighting in Eatontown. All was great until there was a problem. Barton either lied to us or failed to admit his mistake in ordering our fixture. He specifically told me the fixture would come with led bulbs, and when it did not and I asked him to correct it, his flippant reply was I should come back to his store and buy them. He refused to accept any responsibility or make any accommodation. I will never buy there again, and recommend you get every detail in writing from this guy if you do.
