GBI have been dealing with the store in… I have been dealing with the store in Stuart Florida and in particular the customer service rep Kaitlin Booe. From day one since Sept. 2022 I have received numerous fixtures I did not order. Kaitlin does not return e mails since for two months she could not get the order correct. It seems they are unable to look at the paid sales order ticket and ship the customer what they paid for and ordered.

GBGreat customer service so far I just purchased a 60 inch fan from 1800 lighting. I didnt get a confirmation right away so I went on the online chat. The guy had my info pulled up and squared me away in literally seconds. Super nice amd super fast. I will update this review if something happens with the shipment but so far I'm extremely happy.

GBWe ordered 2300.00 worth of outside… We ordered 2300.00 worth of outside lights through 1800/Capitol Lighting. Our salesman was Ted Maos...he was excellent, very knowledgable and helpful...we are extremely satisfied with this competent and friendly salesman, an asset to his employer. Ron and Connie Liptak

GBDo not use this company!!! Waiting for a chandelier I ordered over 2 months ago. They never communicate with me about delays in shipping, I have to call and ask every time. It has been delayed 3 times with zero communication from 1800 Lighting. I highly recommend using another company to avoid this unnecessary stress, I wish I had.
