Great customer service so far I just purchased a 60 inch fan from 1800 lighting. I didnt get a confirmation right away so I went on the online chat. The guy had my info pulled up and squared me away in literally seconds. Super nice amd super fast. I will update this review if something happens with the shipment but so far I'm extremely happy.

Website has misleading ship times! Website has misleading ship times! We canceled our order with another company who sold the same lights, because this site said the items will ship in 2 days. That was 6 weeks ago. Called yesterday, didnt get a call back. Their customer service is horrible. Super frustrating...I'd leave 0 stars if that were possible!

Very poor follow-up customer service Purchased a hanging fixture from salesperson Barton Cross at Capitol Lighting in Eatontown. All was great until there was a problem. Barton either lied to us or failed to admit his mistake in ordering our fixture. He specifically told me the fixture would come with led bulbs, and when it did not and I asked him to correct it, his flippant reply was I should come back to his store and buy them. He refused to accept any responsibility or make any accommodation. I will never buy there again, and recommend you get every detail in writing from this guy if you do.

Company is horrible Company is horrible! Would not use them for anything! Placed an order in June and it is now mid November and no sign of my items and zero communications despite my desperate attempts to get info. What an absolute horror show they are and hopefully people see this before even thinking of dealing with them. Buyer beware!
