From day one since Sept. 2022 I have received numerous fixtures I did not order. Kaitlin does not return e mails since for two months she could not get the order correct. It seems they are unable to look at the paid sales order ticket and ship the customer what they paid for and ordered.

Do not use this company!!! Waiting for a chandelier I ordered over 2 months ago. They never communicate with me about delays in shipping, I have to call and ask every time. It has been delayed 3 times with zero communication from 1800 Lighting. I highly recommend using another company to avoid this unnecessary stress, I wish I had.
