The sneakers looks good but aren't useable… The sneakers arrived in a beat up box with no return instructions. The sneakers are poorly designed as far as fit. The shoe has no elasticity to actually allow you to put it on your foot and I ordered 1 size larger than usual and had my friend who has smaller foot try to put them on. While the print is lovely, the shoe doesn't work I have no return instructions.

Report a fraudulent purchase to your bank For those of you who have ordered during fall/winter 22 I suggest you report fraud on the purchase to your bank asap because they appear to have shut down everything, including the sister brands. Their socials have been quiet since November so something is up. That said, it is unfortunate because I’ve purchased from them before and it was great. It’s just sad. I wish they had just been forthcoming with what was going on.

I placed an order August 10, 2022 and it’s now the 21st with no shipping or package updates, just payment confirmed. I’ve email them twice, no response, message their social media still no response. The items looks good but I would never order from them again or even recommend.

Klove I absolutely love my colorful 2 piece outfit from Simisienna. It fits perfect, it very soft and iron friendly. It arrived within a timely manner that I was pleased about as well. I will be ordering more outfits soon.

I am still waiting for information on… I am still waiting for information on how to return an item. It's been at least three weeks. I keep getting emails but no one is giving me direct directions on how to return these items. They have very cute pieces on the site, even purchase a pair of sneakers that were cute, however customer service could be better. Also the clothing items or not the material they appear to be online.
