Never Shop Here! I ordered two pendants, because they were a bit cheaper than the other places. What a mistake! I waited weeks to hear whether or not they shipped. I just received a notification that they were damaged in the warehouse and that there would be an extra charge of $580 dollars to have them shipped from a different warehouse. However, because I was such a good customer, they would split to cost with me. Hahahaha! Do they think I'm stupid?

Lamps Depot delivered Lamps Depot delivered! it took a bit longer than I expected but the lamps I ordered arrived safe and sound. The company communicated with me throughout the experience so I knew what to expect. That means a lot these days. I'd order product from them again.

i would NEVER order from this company again... it took a VERY long time to get my items Then when I tried to send the items back ( under cabinet lighting). i can not get a return authorized - Di not purchase anything from this company - stay away. You have been warned.

They did not stand behind their sale in… They did not stand behind their sale in November and made us pay more money in December to ship the product. Product made it two days before Christmas and was ordered before Thanksgiving. Customer service has no answer other than wait for email to when product ships
