GBMy experience was mostly positive.....but My experience was mostly positive. My only complaint is the amount of email's that were generated in purchasing 2 of the same items on your website. I received 9! All of them before I received my item! Big waste of cyber trees if you aske me!

GBNo product Product purchased 2/14/22. Label created and states order shipped 2/15/22, but product has not shipped and there is no tracking history other than label created. I've received multiple emails requesting a review of Jarasim service and the product. There is no product to review and no notification of shipment or refund.

GBSuper amazing service! USPS lost our first package. Customer service was very quick to respond and keep us updated. After a few days, they contacted us and told us they would replace the items (at the same price, prices had gone up a lot) no questions asked. They shipped the new merch fast, and even sent a follow up email to check and make sure we got them! Outstanding service.
