One that said my order was shipped, then one a few minutes later that said it was cancelled, then a THIRD one that said it was processed and shipped. So I emailed you directly, which you responded quickly, saying that my order was cancelled. what the heck happened?

Missed 5 Stars by an inch. I give only four stars because I was trying to use my Master Card and kept getting “Unable to process”, or something similar, even though I use my M/C all the time for most purchases. Finally Jarasim accepted my American Express, and with that it was easy and appears to be very thorough.
