GBI placed an order order not received over a week ago for a… I placed an order over a week ago for a set of Members Mark dish set. Have not heard anything from you all about it even though you processed my payment. Diane Potter I have checked with my credit card company can you retry to charge my order and ship it asap? They straightened out the problem. I need this dish set adap. Thank you in advance

GBMy order was cancelled with no… My order was cancelled with no explanation. I received three emails. One that said my order was shipped, then one a few minutes later that said it was cancelled, then a THIRD one that said it was processed and shipped. So I emailed you directly, which you responded quickly, saying that my order was cancelled. what the heck happened?

GBSomebody is tinkering in Prod. Somebody must be doing their development and testing in Prod. because - 1. The shopping cart would never resolve in the UI after adding an item. Had to guess and go directly to the "\cart" URL. 2. Got an error message everytime I attempted to save a payment method (strangely, these "unsaved" payment methods were actually visible in the checkout flow) 3. The "Your Order" section of the checkout flow was disabled. It followed that the radio buttons for selecting a payment method, the Terms and Conditions Acknowledgement checkbox, and (most importantly) the "Process Order" button was disabled. I had to refresh the page and activate the "Place Order" control whilst many required fields were still blank to get the "You Order" section to become enabled. 4. All payments methods were ultimately declined and I was not able to have my order fulfilled via Jarasim. In the end, I went over to eBay to order what I was looking for.

GBNEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! -I placed an order for Joint Juice on… I placed an order for Joint Juice on 4/7/23. My order is placed on HOLD and I have sent THREE messages to customer service with no response. I have tried to CANCEL THE ORDER and it won't let me!!! NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!

GBMissed 5 Stars by an inch. I give only four stars because I was trying to use my Master Card and kept getting “Unable to process”, or something similar, even though I use my M/C all the time for most purchases. Finally Jarasim accepted my American Express, and with that it was easy and appears to be very thorough.
