Terrible customer service Terrible customer service. Many automated emails promising timely communication and returns - STAY AWAY. Here is just some of my experience Summary below: Feb. 6, 2023 - Order the Ophelia Greek Salt + Pepper Shakers April 12.2023 - Finally receive them! April 30, 2023 - Email requesting a return, as they do not work - get an automated email saying "we are working on our returns system to make the process more seamless....DO NOT BE CONCERNED ABOUT THE RETURN DATE AS IT IS EXTENDED TO ACCOMMODATE THE DELAY ON OUR END" June 30, 2023 - Email again - got a response (!!!!!) They say that you all can process a REFUND!!!!! June 30, 2023 - Get the return label sent to me July 12, 2023 -- Return received, expect 5-7 days for a refund July 31, 2023 - follow up on my part asking where the refund is at it has been more than 5-7 days August 1, 2023 - following up again August 2, 2023 - following up again August 4, 2023 - following up again They are telling me now that they cannot refund my money (even though they have copies of all emails from them, promising a return) and only can do store credit. This place needs to shut down.

Be forewarned I ordered Christmas gift and have still not received it. There is no way contact them except through email. After 2 weeks I finally received an answer in the way of a form letter response. Still no product has shipped. Also, beware of positive reviews on their Factbook page. They have deleted most negative comments, including mine. I would advise being very cautious buying from this company.

Terrible company Stay away from this company horrible service. I mailed my item back to them for exchange exactly as instructed and they have ghosted me in terms of a store credit or refund. I don’t have the time to include my documentation. At this point they have stolen my money.
