GBReceived my item damaged Received my item damaged. Sent photos 11/18 2023 same day I received. All I keep getting back is automated emails. Stating they are a small company and I’ll hear something soon. Guess what? Still waiting. Buyer beware. Horrible customer service.

GBTerrible company Stay away from this company horrible service. I mailed my item back to them for exchange exactly as instructed and they have ghosted me in terms of a store credit or refund. I don’t have the time to include my documentation. At this point they have stolen my money.

GBTheir customer service is TERRIBLE! Their customer service is TERRIBLE!! I've emailed them several times about a couple of products that I ordered. They have never responded! I also ordered an item over a month ago for a Christmas gift that I still haven't received. I'm ok with cancelling my order because it's now after Christmas but there's not a way to cancel the order. AND, when I go to return it, they charge the customer to ship it back to them. I've ordered several things from this company, but I"m done! I will never order from this company again!
