Excellent product in a timely fashion..... lights exactly as spect out….very fast delivery…..all the way from china!!!!! Customer service was excellent, LED lights were exactly as advertised….high quality, well packed and delivered to me very fast…..actually quite remarkable that we now can order directly from china at great prices and get the items so fast……very cool!!!

Purchased a house lot of led downlights....don't bother … Purchased a house lot of led down lights for new house in nz 8 years ago .(46 of them) .. paid top $$$ for each light and now they are all starting to crap out . They go dim or they just stop working. Got an electrician in to replace with good quality led and he said it was faulty lights and not the drivers.

Great communication on a custom order. Great email response and willingness to help with a custom length of led. Power supply did go out after a few months which was unfortunate but is part of electronics and not really in the control of the reseller. Overall I would purchase again from ledlightsworld

Great products an super customer service We use a lot of 5630 Nature White LEDs. My orders are shipped quickly and are delivered in just a few says using express shipping. One order got lost in shipping (not express shipping.) LEDLIGHTSWORLD replaced the order and offered me the a 50% discount on the lost shipment if it arrived (which it eventually did.)

Not a real business company Great web site to look at it and that is it. No customers support. No respect for new buyer. Make you wait weeks before to contacted and if they decide to get back to you they do not respect you. I made my purchase from a vendor in USA in the end. Got my product in 2 days. If you run a company that depends on having a product on time or set scheduled this is not the company to work with.
