Then received an email which looked like it was directly from the owner apologizing for any delays, he was short staffed and over worked. I replied and said no worries, I understood. Order is now almost a week late and no response from a couple of emails asking for update and after reading reviews here I called and number is out of service. I sent one last email but will back charge it if no response today.

Order tracking page goes to an error page. Ridiculous banner saying "chat and phone lines out due to severe thunderstorms". How 1960s an excuse. Either they are out of business or this is a scam. Stay away.

Didn't expect to get it quickly except vendor shared shipping info early and then send to sit on the package as it was days after the shipping label was printed that it final was dropped off to/picked up by shipper. Then trust pilot requested feedback on product a week before delivery. So it seems something went awry with shipping.
