I attempted to buy a pump from another… I attempted to buy a pump from another pool supply company - even made The purchase. Then was told delivery would be between 1-3 months! Obviously I cancelled that order. My pool guy suggested the Defender 165. I searched and found you on line, ordered the pump, and received it in about 10 days! Awesome.

Product is fine Product is fine, arriving just today. Didn't expect to get it quickly except vendor shared shipping info early and then send to sit on the package as it was days after the shipping label was printed that it final was dropped off to/picked up by shipper. Then trust pilot requested feedback on product a week before delivery. So it seems something went awry with shipping.

Scam this company does not… Scam this company probably does not exist. They just there to take your money. Don't get grown in by the low prices they advertise

Ordered a small part start of sept Ordered a small part start of sept. Received shipping info. Then received an email which looked like it was directly from the owner apologizing for any delays, he was short staffed and over worked. I replied and said no worries, I understood. Order is now almost a week late and no response from a couple of emails asking for update and after reading reviews here I called and number is out of service. I sent one last email but will back charge it if no response today.
