GBThey Drop Ship From China & Basically Don't Do Returns I ordered a $165 light fixture knowing their return policy said they'd accept returns within 60 days but I had to pay for shipping back to them. What they don't tell you is that they drop ship direct from China so returning this thing would cost $87 from USPS. So if I ship it back to them I end up paying $87 for a "full" refund (and that's assuming it actually gets to China safely). Alternatively, they offered a 40% discount if I just kept it but that would still mean I am paying $100 for a light I have no use for. DONT ORDER FROM THEM!

GBThis company is great to work with This company is great to work with! We had several lights that we wanted to look at and they helped us pick the right color and temperature of the light! We had one of the lights stop working a few weeks after we installed and they promptly replaced it, hasslefree!

GBI ordered a desk lamp in November 23… I ordered a desk lamp in November 23 and have sent many emails to find out when it will arrive. Like many other customers, this company make the excuse of shipping delays.. DO NOT USE THIS SITE. They take your money but do not deliver. IF I were to ever receive this item, have requested to return, especially after reading reviews from customers saying that after a very long wait for their product, they arrive faulty and of poor quality.

GBOrdered mine 3 months ago, it’s still in China Ordered my lamp Jan 3. It’s now April 6 and updated tracking shows the package apparently just meandering around China every couple days. I hope my patience will pay off, I hate dealing with refunds and customer service so I’m taking my time

CAReturn of damaged good was fully refunded within days We ordered three separate items. The first two arrived in great shape and are lovely. The third item, separate order, arrived with a crack. Customer Services was very responsive and provided a full refund (shipping and everything) within days.
