Beautiful leaded glass fixture Despite frustrating shipping difficulties, that I don't believe were the fault of BulbSquare, the light fixture I ordered was a very pretty, seemingly hand made, leaded glass fixture and I was glad I waited for it to arrive. It is hard to tell online how something will look once you get it, but this fixture was well made. Customer Service answered my questions thru email and dealt with the situation as well as possible.

Excellent customer service When we received our order it didn’t provide enough light for the intended spot and I got in touch to get instructions to return it. They offered to send a brighter fixture at no cost which arrived a couple of weeks later. We needed some guidance as to how to install the new shade and they went to the trouble of recording a video to demonstrate for us. They were very responsive and polite in all our communication. The new fixture is great and I am grateful for the personalized attention they gave us through the whole process. It’s rare to have this level of customer service.

Unfortunately I didn't do my homework… Unfortunately I didn't do my homework on this company and learned my lesson the hard way. This is a scam company. The light we received is of poor quality, not to US safety standards and a huge fire risk. The company disguises the fact that they're not based in the US, and then informs you that you're responsible for any return shipping to China. They offer a partial refund for you to keep the item -- which I'm guessing is their business model as they'd still turn a profit on these cheaply constructed products. Don't make the same mistake I did!

Affordable Products with Acceptable Quality | Incredible Customer Service 4.5/5! I ordered the Contemporary Creative 3D Printed Moon Ceramic Base USB Table Lamp For Bedroom (Ceramic Base + Little Prince Ornament). For how affordable it is, the item quality is quite good and does the job in style. I would prefer the shadow of the lamp base (where it connects to the 3D printed moon) to not be visible, especially when the lamp is at full brightness; but that's me nitpicking. The item was shipped from China, so do expect a longer shipping time. (I liked that they were very communicative on the status of the shipment!) I took off a ½ point symbolically because the shadow, and because the Little Prince ornament did arrive broken. Their customer service representative (shout out to Lily) was incredibly helpful, kind, and responsive, though! They quickly replaced the ornament for me and it arrived at my door in about two weeks.

Return of damaged good was fully refunded within days We ordered three separate items. The first two arrived in great shape and are lovely. The third item, separate order, arrived with a crack. Customer Services was very responsive and provided a full refund (shipping and everything) within days.
