I too ordered a product that they told… I too ordered a product that they told me was a Chinese holiday. It was gonna be two or three more weeks before they would be back in to get my item shipped. Then they shipped it to the wrong ZIP Code and said it was being sent back I sent several emails giving them my correct ZIP Code and now I just received an email saying it’s been shipped again to a whole Nother ZIP Code that is also incorrect. I will not buy from this company again and if they don’t get back to me with my product shipped to me ASAP I will be contacting my credit card to have this charged reversed and I will definitely get the word out to everyone I know not to buy from this company. If I know it was from China I would never have ordered.

My husband is an electrician...we installed a ceiling light purchased from this site and within an hour of it being on, it started smoking, and caught on fire. The transformer was black. Thank goodness we were home. Customer service is horrible which I expected after the fact, don't waste your time buying from Bulb Square. Affordable Products with Acceptable Quality | Incredible Customer Service 4.5/5! I ordered the Contemporary Creative 3D Printed Moon Ceramic Base USB Table Lamp For Bedroom (Ceramic Base + Little Prince Ornament). For how affordable it is, the item quality is quite good and does the job in style. I would prefer the shadow of the lamp base (where it connects to the 3D printed moon) to not be visible, especially when the lamp is at full brightness; but that's me nitpicking. The item was shipped from China, so do expect a longer shipping time. (I liked that they were very communicative on the status of the shipment!) I took off a ½ point symbolically because the shadow, and because the Little Prince ornament did arrive broken. Their customer service representative (shout out to Lily) was incredibly helpful, kind, and responsive, though! They quickly replaced the ornament for me and it arrived at my door in about two weeks.

Lamps have cheap quality and they are expensive The lamp I bought is the Contemporary Scandinavian Solid Wood Iron Cylinder Shade 1-Light Wall Sconce Lamp For Bedroom. I received it in good shape but I had to assemble it which is fine. The parts are of very poor quality. The screws don't turn properly on the bolt and you can tell their quality because of the casting that shows a line around the screws. They are also scratched and more importantly was the arms of the lamp. They look cheap plastic with some residual oil stain you can't remove because the plastic absorbed it. The shop looks like they are selling high end products. It's a ruse. The price isn't even cheap considering the quality you get. I will see if I can even return it since it's ship from China.

Buyer Beware I wish I had read the reviews beforehand. I purchased a ceiling fan from Bulb Square that I wanted to return. They have given me the runaround for two months and simply do not seem to grasp the concept that in our market, customers return products for reasons other than malfunction or missing parts. There are plenty of other companies out there that do. Save yourself a headache and avoid this one.
