Never order from BulbSquare! Never ordering again from this website. I ordered 2 reading lights 6 weeks ago. Still waiting. Terrible!

Ordered mine 3 months ago, it’s still in China Ordered my lamp Jan 3. It’s now April 6 and updated tracking shows the package apparently just meandering around China every couple days. I hope my patience will pay off, I hate dealing with refunds and customer service so I’m taking my time

This company is a scam This company is a scam, they took my money and nothing happened, please I am telling to everyone want to buy light from them take care they will steel your money.

DO NOT order from this company The light I ordered, arrived damaged, and was completely made of cheap plastic and rubber material when the website stated that it was metal and acrylic. I Emailed the website five times, sent pictures showing how it arrived damaged and asked for money back(over 300 cad) and still have not heard anything, not even a generic response email. Do NOT order from this company.

PLEASE READ FOR SAFETY/Revised review PLEASE READ! My husband is an electrician...we installed a ceiling light purchased from this site and within an hour of it being on, it started smoking, and caught on fire. The transformer was black. Thank goodness we were home. Customer service is horrible which I expected after the fact, don't waste your time buying from Bulb Square. Such a headache. ** Review revised as of 10/25/23: The company emailed me back with a full refund, which I was grateful for, thank you.
