Excellent customer service When we received our order it didn’t provide enough light for the intended spot and I got in touch to get instructions to return it. They offered to send a brighter fixture at no cost which arrived a couple of weeks later. We needed some guidance as to how to install the new shade and they went to the trouble of recording a video to demonstrate for us. They were very responsive and polite in all our communication. The new fixture is great and I am grateful for the personalized attention they gave us through the whole process. It’s rare to have this level of customer service.

My husband is an electrician...we installed a ceiling light purchased from this site and within an hour of it being on, it started smoking, and caught on fire. The transformer was black. Thank goodness we were home. Customer service is horrible which I expected after the fact, don't waste your time buying from Bulb Square. Never order from BulbSquare! Never ordering again from this website. I ordered 2 reading lights 6 weeks ago. Still waiting. Terrible!

This company is a SCAM We ordered a light fixture and here are just *some* of the problems we had: 1) it took months to come 2) it is COMPLETELY un-installable 3) it did not come with a parts list or instructions 4) the parts it did come with (very few) violated US building codes and could not be installed 5) when we asked for a refund because it is not possible to install this light to code or safely, the company did not respond

Return of damaged good was fully refunded within days We ordered three separate items. The first two arrived in great shape and are lovely. The third item, separate order, arrived with a crack. Customer Services was very responsive and provided a full refund (shipping and everything) within days.
