My husband is an electrician...we installed a ceiling light purchased from this site and within an hour of it being on, it started smoking, and caught on fire. The transformer was black. Thank goodness we were home. Customer service is horrible which I expected after the fact, don't waste your time buying from Bulb Square. This company is great to work with This company is great to work with! We had several lights that we wanted to look at and they helped us pick the right color and temperature of the light! We had one of the lights stop working a few weeks after we installed and they promptly replaced it, hasslefree!

Ordered mine 3 months ago, it’s still in China Ordered my lamp Jan 3. It’s now April 6 and updated tracking shows the package apparently just meandering around China every couple days. I hope my patience will pay off, I hate dealing with refunds and customer service so I’m taking my time

Excellent customer service When we received our order it didn’t provide enough light for the intended spot and I got in touch to get instructions to return it. They offered to send a brighter fixture at no cost which arrived a couple of weeks later. We needed some guidance as to how to install the new shade and they went to the trouble of recording a video to demonstrate for us. They were very responsive and polite in all our communication. The new fixture is great and I am grateful for the personalized attention they gave us through the whole process. It’s rare to have this level of customer service.

Never order anything from this company I would give this company zero stars if I could. I waited 6 weeks for a ceiling light to arrive. When it showed up this $250 light was missing pieces, falling apart, with no instructions, and was clearly cheaply made. I had a certified electrician confirm the thing is a cheap piece of crap and wouldn't work. Throughout this the company was unresponsive and when I told them I wanted to file a claim for a return they responded with the polite version of "sod off."
