Return of damaged good was fully refunded within days We ordered three separate items. The first two arrived in great shape and are lovely. The third item, separate order, arrived with a crack. Customer Services was very responsive and provided a full refund (shipping and everything) within days.

The lights I ordered look NOTHING like… The lights I ordered look NOTHING like the pictures- that is obviously ripped off the original manufacturers. I got two ugly lumps of glass - rather than crystal. Lol.. Should have known better!

They Drop Ship From China & Basically Don't Do Returns I ordered a $165 light fixture knowing their return policy said they'd accept returns within 60 days but I had to pay for shipping back to them. What they don't tell you is that they drop ship direct from China so returning this thing would cost $87 from USPS. So if I ship it back to them I end up paying $87 for a "full" refund (and that's assuming it actually gets to China safely). Alternatively, they offered a 40% discount if I just kept it but that would still mean I am paying $100 for a light I have no use for. DONT ORDER FROM THEM!

This company is a SCAM We ordered a light fixture and here are just *some* of the problems we had: 1) it took months to come 2) it is COMPLETELY un-installable 3) it did not come with a parts list or instructions 4) the parts it did come with (very few) violated US building codes and could not be installed 5) when we asked for a refund because it is not possible to install this light to code or safely, the company did not respond

I ordered the Contemporary Creative 3D Printed Moon Ceramic Base USB Table Lamp For Bedroom (Ceramic Base + Little Prince Ornament). For how affordable it is, the item quality is quite good and does the job in style. I would prefer the shadow of the lamp base (where it connects to the 3D printed moon) to not be visible, especially when the lamp is at full brightness; but that's me nitpicking. The item was shipped from China, so do expect a longer shipping time. (I liked that they were very communicative on the status of the shipment!) I took off a ½ point symbolically because the shadow, and because the Little Prince ornament did arrive broken. Their customer service representative (shout out to Lily) was incredibly helpful, kind, and responsive, though! They quickly replaced the ornament for me and it arrived at my door in about two weeks.
