I too ordered a product that they told… I too ordered a product that they told me was a Chinese holiday. It was gonna be two or three more weeks before they would be back in to get my item shipped. Then they shipped it to the wrong ZIP Code and said it was being sent back I sent several emails giving them my correct ZIP Code and now I just received an email saying it’s been shipped again to a whole Nother ZIP Code that is also incorrect. I will not buy from this company again and if they don’t get back to me with my product shipped to me ASAP I will be contacting my credit card to have this charged reversed and I will definitely get the word out to everyone I know not to buy from this company. If I know it was from China I would never have ordered.

PLEASE READ FOR SAFETY/Revised review PLEASE READ! My husband is an electrician...we installed a ceiling light purchased from this site and within an hour of it being on, it started smoking, and caught on fire. The transformer was black. Thank goodness we were home. Customer service is horrible which I expected after the fact, don't waste your time buying from Bulb Square. Such a headache. ** Review revised as of 10/25/23: The company emailed me back with a full refund, which I was grateful for, thank you.

They Drop Ship From China & Basically Don't Do Returns I ordered a $165 light fixture knowing their return policy said they'd accept returns within 60 days but I had to pay for shipping back to them. What they don't tell you is that they drop ship direct from China so returning this thing would cost $87 from USPS. So if I ship it back to them I end up paying $87 for a "full" refund (and that's assuming it actually gets to China safely). Alternatively, they offered a 40% discount if I just kept it but that would still mean I am paying $100 for a light I have no use for. DONT ORDER FROM THEM!

DO NOT order from this company The light I ordered, arrived damaged, and was completely made of cheap plastic and rubber material when the website stated that it was metal and acrylic. I Emailed the website five times, sent pictures showing how it arrived damaged and asked for money back(over 300 cad) and still have not heard anything, not even a generic response email. Do NOT order from this company.

This company is a SCAM We ordered a light fixture and here are just *some* of the problems we had: 1) it took months to come 2) it is COMPLETELY un-installable 3) it did not come with a parts list or instructions 4) the parts it did come with (very few) violated US building codes and could not be installed 5) when we asked for a refund because it is not possible to install this light to code or safely, the company did not respond
