This company is great to work with This company is great to work with! We had several lights that we wanted to look at and they helped us pick the right color and temperature of the light! We had one of the lights stop working a few weeks after we installed and they promptly replaced it, hasslefree!

DO NOT order from this company The light I ordered, arrived damaged, and was completely made of cheap plastic and rubber material when the website stated that it was metal and acrylic. I Emailed the website five times, sent pictures showing how it arrived damaged and asked for money back(over 300 cad) and still have not heard anything, not even a generic response email. Do NOT order from this company.

I ordered a desk lamp in November 23… I ordered a desk lamp in November 23 and have sent many emails to find out when it will arrive. Like many other customers, this company make the excuse of shipping delays.. DO NOT USE THIS SITE. They take your money but do not deliver. IF I were to ever receive this item, have requested to return, especially after reading reviews from customers saying that after a very long wait for their product, they arrive faulty and of poor quality.

My husband is an electrician...we installed a ceiling light purchased from this site and within an hour of it being on, it started smoking, and caught on fire. The transformer was black. Thank goodness we were home. Customer service is horrible which I expected after the fact, don't waste your time buying from Bulb Square.
