GBI too ordered a product that they told… I too ordered a product that they told me was a Chinese holiday. It was gonna be two or three more weeks before they would be back in to get my item shipped. Then they shipped it to the wrong ZIP Code and said it was being sent back I sent several emails giving them my correct ZIP Code and now I just received an email saying it’s been shipped again to a whole Nother ZIP Code that is also incorrect. I will not buy from this company again and if they don’t get back to me with my product shipped to me ASAP I will be contacting my credit card to have this charged reversed and I will definitely get the word out to everyone I know not to buy from this company. If I know it was from China I would never have ordered.

GBBuyer Beware I wish I had read the reviews beforehand. I purchased a ceiling fan from Bulb Square that I wanted to return. They have given me the runaround for two months and simply do not seem to grasp the concept that in our market, customers return products for reasons other than malfunction or missing parts. There are plenty of other companies out there that do. Save yourself a headache and avoid this one.

GBThis company is great to work with This company is great to work with! We had several lights that we wanted to look at and they helped us pick the right color and temperature of the light! We had one of the lights stop working a few weeks after we installed and they promptly replaced it, hasslefree!

GBPLEASE READ FOR SAFETY/Revised review PLEASE READ! My husband is an electrician...we installed a ceiling light purchased from this site and within an hour of it being on, it started smoking, and caught on fire. The transformer was black. Thank goodness we were home. Customer service is horrible which I expected after the fact, don't waste your time buying from Bulb Square. Such a headache. ** Review revised as of 10/25/23: The company emailed me back with a full refund, which I was grateful for, thank you.
