GBPLEASE READ FOR SAFETY/Revised review PLEASE READ! My husband is an electrician...we installed a ceiling light purchased from this site and within an hour of it being on, it started smoking, and caught on fire. The transformer was black. Thank goodness we were home. Customer service is horrible which I expected after the fact, don't waste your time buying from Bulb Square. Such a headache. ** Review revised as of 10/25/23: The company emailed me back with a full refund, which I was grateful for, thank you.

GBThis company is a SCAM We ordered a light fixture and here are just *some* of the problems we had: 1) it took months to come 2) it is COMPLETELY un-installable 3) it did not come with a parts list or instructions 4) the parts it did come with (very few) violated US building codes and could not be installed 5) when we asked for a refund because it is not possible to install this light to code or safely, the company did not respond

GBOrdered mine 3 months ago, it’s still in China Ordered my lamp Jan 3. It’s now April 6 and updated tracking shows the package apparently just meandering around China every couple days. I hope my patience will pay off, I hate dealing with refunds and customer service so I’m taking my time

GBAffordable Products with Acceptable Quality | Incredible Customer Service 4.5/5! I ordered the Contemporary Creative 3D Printed Moon Ceramic Base USB Table Lamp For Bedroom (Ceramic Base + Little Prince Ornament). For how affordable it is, the item quality is quite good and does the job in style. I would prefer the shadow of the lamp base (where it connects to the 3D printed moon) to not be visible, especially when the lamp is at full brightness; but that's me nitpicking. The item was shipped from China, so do expect a longer shipping time. (I liked that they were very communicative on the status of the shipment!) I took off a ½ point symbolically because the shadow, and because the Little Prince ornament did arrive broken. Their customer service representative (shout out to Lily) was incredibly helpful, kind, and responsive, though! They quickly replaced the ornament for me and it arrived at my door in about two weeks.
