DO NOT order from this company The light I ordered, arrived damaged, and was completely made of cheap plastic and rubber material when the website stated that it was metal and acrylic. I Emailed the website five times, sent pictures showing how it arrived damaged and asked for money back(over 300 cad) and still have not heard anything, not even a generic response email. Do NOT order from this company.

Never order from BulbSquare! Never ordering again from this website. I ordered 2 reading lights 6 weeks ago. Still waiting. Terrible!

This company is great to work with This company is great to work with! We had several lights that we wanted to look at and they helped us pick the right color and temperature of the light! We had one of the lights stop working a few weeks after we installed and they promptly replaced it, hasslefree!

Never order anything from this company I would give this company zero stars if I could. I waited 6 weeks for a ceiling light to arrive. When it showed up this $250 light was missing pieces, falling apart, with no instructions, and was clearly cheaply made. I had a certified electrician confirm the thing is a cheap piece of crap and wouldn't work. Throughout this the company was unresponsive and when I told them I wanted to file a claim for a return they responded with the polite version of "sod off."

The light we received is of poor quality, not to US safety standards and a huge fire risk. The company disguises the fact that they're not based in the US, and then informs you that you're responsible for any return shipping to China. They offer a partial refund for you to keep the item -- which I'm guessing is their business model as they'd still turn a profit on these cheaply constructed products. Don't make the same mistake I did!
