We had one of the lights stop working a few weeks after we installed and they promptly replaced it, hasslefree!

My husband is an electrician...we installed a ceiling light purchased from this site and within an hour of it being on, it started smoking, and caught on fire. The transformer was black. Thank goodness we were home. Customer service is horrible which I expected after the fact, don't waste your time buying from Bulb Square. Buyer Beware I wish I had read the reviews beforehand. I purchased a ceiling fan from Bulb Square that I wanted to return. They have given me the runaround for two months and simply do not seem to grasp the concept that in our market, customers return products for reasons other than malfunction or missing parts. There are plenty of other companies out there that do. Save yourself a headache and avoid this one.
