Never order anything from this company I would give this company zero stars if I could. I waited 6 weeks for a ceiling light to arrive. When it showed up this $250 light was missing pieces, falling apart, with no instructions, and was clearly cheaply made. I had a certified electrician confirm the thing is a cheap piece of crap and wouldn't work. Throughout this the company was unresponsive and when I told them I wanted to file a claim for a return they responded with the polite version of "sod off."

My husband is an electrician...we installed a ceiling light purchased from this site and within an hour of it being on, it started smoking, and caught on fire. The transformer was black. Thank goodness we were home. Customer service is horrible which I expected after the fact, don't waste your time buying from Bulb Square. Return of damaged good was fully refunded within days We ordered three separate items. The first two arrived in great shape and are lovely. The third item, separate order, arrived with a crack. Customer Services was very responsive and provided a full refund (shipping and everything) within days.

Great products very much as shown… Great products very much as shown online. We had a fixture arrive with shipping damage and it was replaced right away. We also had a fixture stop working within the warranty period and it was replaced right away. Great customer service and follow up!

This company is a SCAM We ordered a light fixture and here are just *some* of the problems we had: 1) it took months to come 2) it is COMPLETELY un-installable 3) it did not come with a parts list or instructions 4) the parts it did come with (very few) violated US building codes and could not be installed 5) when we asked for a refund because it is not possible to install this light to code or safely, the company did not respond
