GBBeautiful leaded glass fixture Despite frustrating shipping difficulties, that I don't believe were the fault of BulbSquare, the light fixture I ordered was a very pretty, seemingly hand made, leaded glass fixture and I was glad I waited for it to arrive. It is hard to tell online how something will look once you get it, but this fixture was well made. Customer Service answered my questions thru email and dealt with the situation as well as possible.

CAGreat products very much as shown… Great products very much as shown online. We had a fixture arrive with shipping damage and it was replaced right away. We also had a fixture stop working within the warranty period and it was replaced right away. Great customer service and follow up!

GBI too ordered a product that they told… I too ordered a product that they told me was a Chinese holiday. It was gonna be two or three more weeks before they would be back in to get my item shipped. Then they shipped it to the wrong ZIP Code and said it was being sent back I sent several emails giving them my correct ZIP Code and now I just received an email saying it’s been shipped again to a whole Nother ZIP Code that is also incorrect. I will not buy from this company again and if they don’t get back to me with my product shipped to me ASAP I will be contacting my credit card to have this charged reversed and I will definitely get the word out to everyone I know not to buy from this company. If I know it was from China I would never have ordered.

GBOrdered mine 3 months ago, it’s still in China Ordered my lamp Jan 3. It’s now April 6 and updated tracking shows the package apparently just meandering around China every couple days. I hope my patience will pay off, I hate dealing with refunds and customer service so I’m taking my time
