Terrible treatment of their Kickstarter… Terrible treatment of their Kickstarter backers. these guys took my money almost 7 years ago, and built their business with it. They are selling products online now and have no intention to send me the product which I backed, or fulfill their promises to their multitude of backers from Kickstarter or IndieGoGo campaigns which they ran back to back. Every 6 months or so they claim "shipping soon" but there is no intention by them to fulfill their promised orders. They are now demanding additional money in order to ship products out. Total Scam Behaviour.

DOn't bother with this product/company. Just move on. Original backer on Kickstarter in 2014 or 2015 I think. I won't bother typing much, just read all the other 1 star reviews. Communication is woeful. 9 updates in the last 2 years. They've actually given up because they realise how bad they are. What other Kickstarter has >10,000 comments from unhappy backers?

1 Star only because I can't give 0 1 Star only because I can't give 0. I backed this company on Kickstarter back in 2015 and they never fulfilled the order. They instead continued to request additional money and lied about production updates. Kickstarter has now locked their campaign and no one has refunded my money even after multiple requests. The owners of the company are cons who now try to sell the product at more than double the cost in 2015 and possibly fulfill these new orders at higher prices when the kickstarter backers contributed over $1.3 million.

Too bad I can't give zero stars! Too bad I can't give zero stars ( or negative stars), this is a company that would deserve them. They scammed a lot of people in Kickstarter and what was then 200 euro lamp with free shipping now needs 50 euros or something like that for individual shipping. After about six years I'm still waiting for mine. I would avoid doing business with this company.

I ordered 4 lamps 5 years ago. Still chasing... I ordered 4 lamps 5 years ago as part of their kickstarter pilot... I'm STILL chasing delivery and they've even tried to scam more money off me for changes in postage since then, then still no delivery and fake tracking numbers. Seems like a long time scam going on here by the looks of other posts/comments too, or their lack of allowing comments.
