One of the original backers, never received my lamp I was one of the original backers in 2016 and to this date never received my lamp while the company is still in business and selling lamps as "in stock" on their website. Not delivering on your pre-orders and using that money to keep your company running and sell lamps to new customers for more money classifies as fraud. I'm thinking about opening a lawsuit against them, since their not even replying to my emails anymore.

Great if you have persevered Ordered a Lampster as part of the original Kickstarter campaign. Then a long wait over 4 years with varying intervals between updates on status. Finally, after some renewed efforts, the lamp arrived Nov 2020 in time for Christmas. Having been with us for a couple of months, happy to confirm that it was worth the wait. The lamp is excellent, just as initially proposed, bright and well integrated into the app. Very stable if the body is weighted with some high density filler. Overall a great product - although so much better if it had arrived an awful lot sooner.

Too bad I can't give zero stars! Too bad I can't give zero stars ( or negative stars), this is a company that would deserve them. They scammed a lot of people in Kickstarter and what was then 200 euro lamp with free shipping now needs 50 euros or something like that for individual shipping. After about six years I'm still waiting for mine. I would avoid doing business with this company.

TOTAL SCAM It has been 5 years since backing their project on Kickstarter. After years of waiting, they refuse to fulfill the order, thousands of backers complaining on Reddit, FB, KS, google it before dealing with this company. My previous reviews got deleted without explain. Most of the projects use KS as PR, it should be marketing with all benefits to the brand/company, even Chinese manufactures know it, but these two are so shortsighted waste probably the only reputation/opportunity they could get in their whole life.

At this point I wish I could gather all of those who backed the project initially and create some sort of class action suit. Absolutely terrible company!! How the F are you going to treat your original investors like this. Absolute BS.
