Lumens' mistake, your problem Since November of 2022, I have purchased thousands of dollars worth of merchandise with this company. Everything seemed fine until they missed a crucial ship date. They didn't notify me and when I asked for their help to expedite shipping and help pay for those costs, they refused. I had to order the item from another vendor, pay more and pay for expedited shipping. Of course, I provide better service to my customers than Lumens does to me so I will eat those costs. Steer clear of this company. They have a 1.5-star rating for a reason.

High return fees This was second time ordering pendants for my second house. By the time the items arrived, I changed my mind. As soon as the 2 lights hit my doorstep I requested a return on the website. FYI, the 2 items were shrink wrapped together and sent to me as 1 package and 7lbs. After creating the return, I’m being charged $60 for return shipping and 2 separate return labels with 4lbs each. When I chatted with an agent, they informed me that the items Weight 3.65lbs and rounded up to 4lbs and not sure why the manufacturer would ship them 7lbs total and is there anything else they can help me with?! No effort to try to make a customer happier!

SEVERAL HOURS OF PULLING TEETH WITH THEIR "CUSTOMER SERVICE." OFFERED A "GENEROUS" 4% OFF DISCOUNT FOR THE DIRTY FAN. WE CANCELLED AND AFTER ANOTHER HOUR--VOILA EXRA EXPENSIVE SHIPPING LABELS AT YOUR COST, NOT FREE RETURNS. NOT SPEEDY DELIVERY EITHER. ANOTHER ITEM THAT HAD TO COME SEVERAL DAYS AGO NOW SHOWS DELIVERY IN WEEKS. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME WITH THESE CROOKS. Worst customer service Worst customer service. Order from somewhere else EDIT: never did hear back from Lumens's, it has been over a month since they replied here that they would reach out. Never happened. Also tried to place a new order, giving them one more chance (don't do it!) and they just cancelled the order for no reason and I couldn't get ahold of anyone (again HORRIBLE customer service) to figure out what happened and no one could tell me

Scam company Scam company, do not order. No items stocked, 1 day processing takes a minimum of 4 days. Delivery is ridiculous. Customer service wait time is hours. Reviews aren’t real, they are from other sites as they don’t allow reviews. The worst experience, beware!
