Great buds for the price. Well I don't know which buds the other reviewers have been using but I think BLX buds are great! OK, the sound isn't amazing but it's decent enough for a £50 pair of buds! The charging case holds it's charge until you've literally run it flat with using the buds. If i fully charge my case and I haven't used my buds for a few weeks there's still full charge unlike my £250 Bose ones that lose charge even without use! For the price, comfort and sound I would give BLX buds an 8 out of 10 all day long!

There's no button that's missing, it's literally a blank space where they say you can call them. Edit after company response: You didn't provide me a method to reply to your response. Should I do this and edit my initial review to add the order number on a public forum?

BLX buds faulty after 2mths BLX buds became faulty after only 2 months use. This of course is outside of their 30day warranty. There is a reason they only provide 30 days….. cheaply made tat. While working, the touch buttons were very flakey at best and recharging the earbuds via the charging case didn’t always work correctly either. I contacted BLX who said tough you’re outside our warranty period. !DO NOT BUY THESE CHEAP HEADPHONES!

The product itself is dire as the microphone did not work properly at all. Their service model is absolutely hopeless and very frustrating as they say 30 day no quibble guarantee but no return address provided and service desk are useless. Also, reply did not actually send me an email as promised that I can find.

Beware of this company! If I could give no stars, I would. Do not deal with this company. I ordered two pairs of earbuds using the 50% discount stated on the 2nd pair. Only one pair of earbuds received and the company has refused to correct this despite being provided with their own invoice confirming the order. The voice on the earbuds doesn't work so unable to use for conference calls. Shocking customer service, poot quality product!
