ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I honestly wish I could give them a zero star. I ordered a dog tag with the name NELLIE, unfortunately it defaulted back to the advertising name BAILEY. I emailed Customer support within 2 minutes of ordered. They responded saying they would cancel my order so I could reorder. I thanked them for confirming and asked for a confirmation it was canceled- never heard from them again. They ignored every single email and NEVER canceled my order or gave me my money back. GHOSTED. I will never purchase from them again and I will be sure to let everyone I know not to either.
