Impressive service I gotta tell you that in these days of almost absent customer service the MushyBed team has surpassed my expectations with flying colours. Long story short, I wrote asking if Mushy Bed still shipped to Canada and I got a response - not a form letter, a robot response or no response at all, but one from a human specifically addressing my question and solution attached…I was thrilled! And now this added effort! Thank you for caring about your customers and your product. I’ll be trumpeting your praises to all my pet friends. Keep up the exemplary work.

Our caboodle loves his mushy bed Our caboodle loves his mushy bed! He hates us leaving him but hops into his mushy bed to sleep when we go and is always relaxed when we return. It washes up well and only needs a couple of minutes in the dryer to fluff back up. We actually bought 2 of these we love them so much and use one in the car to travel. Colours are lovely, very stylish! Thanks for a great product that most importantly works for our vip!

Mushy Brand Is the Best Most importantly, my dogs love their Mushy Beds and Furniture Protectors. What's more, these products are easy to wash, and their durability cannot be beat. I've tried a couple of Mushy knockoffs, but they were difficult to clean, shed everywhere, and were ready to be trashed in a couple of weeks. Mushy Beds are well worth their price.

Our Pomeranian LOVES it Our Pomeranian LOVES it! It’s soft, fluffy, and the perfect size for her to curl up in it. We’ve had it for 2 hours and she’s already having a nap in it. No real complaints honestly. The website recommended a large for a Pomeranian, but we figured a medium would be fine because a large seemed too big and it’s absolutely perfect, so their sizing may be a bit off. Received the package about 2 weeks from the ordering date, so not too bad of waiting times either. All in all, definitely worth the money.

Absolutely horrific sham of a company Absolutely horrific sham of a company. Purchased bed and received a shipping notification within an hour. This was over a month ago. Nothing has been received and have not been able to get a real response from “customer service” despite trying to contact them on all possible platforms. Save your money. Have since purchased a bed that was a quarter of the price, delivered within 2 days and I’d imagine of far superior quality.
