Absolutely horrific sham of a company Absolutely horrific sham of a company. Purchased bed and received a shipping notification within an hour. This was over a month ago. Nothing has been received and have not been able to get a real response from “customer service” despite trying to contact them on all possible platforms. Save your money. Have since purchased a bed that was a quarter of the price, delivered within 2 days and I’d imagine of far superior quality.

I like it, my dog likes it, and I will get another. I saw an ad for these beds years ago and was looking for something comfortable for bedtime for my aging German Shepherd. She absolutely loved it. So much so, we got a second one for downstairs. They are light, fluffy, easy to care for, and as advertised. We have a second dog now and we will be purchasing him one too. I have had 2 others for over two years and have had no problems with the product.

Suckered by Instagram ad Suckered by Instagram ad. Started looking into it more once I realized it was shipping from China and taking forever. Sent multiple emails to cancel order; never received a reply. Package finally arrives but by this time I definitely don't want it - go to their Refund Policy page to find that not only do I need to pay out of pocket to ship it back to CHINA, they "don't guarantee" they'll even receive it and won't "approve or reject" a refund until they do. Kicking myself for not searching for real reviews beforehand. Ridiculous company.

We've bought 4! We've purchased 4 medium beds for our mini dachshund and he absolutely loves them! 4 beds might be slightly extreme, but he insists on following us to every room in the house and well, we got lazy moving his bed! Unlike other reviews, we've honestly had no issues with the beds or the service (prompt delivery to the UK). We've referred our friends who both have labradors and they have also had no issues with the XL beds and the dogs absolutely love them. We tried the same style of bed from Amazon and they were inferior in the amount of filling, the quality of the manufacturing (stitching came undone on 1 bed) and they don't wash/dry/fluff as well. Honestly, we can't recommend Mushy Beds highly enough from our experience and will buy again!

Impressive service I gotta tell you that in these days of almost absent customer service the MushyBed team has surpassed my expectations with flying colours. Long story short, I wrote asking if Mushy Bed still shipped to Canada and I got a response - not a form letter, a robot response or no response at all, but one from a human specifically addressing my question and solution attached…I was thrilled! And now this added effort! Thank you for caring about your customers and your product. I’ll be trumpeting your praises to all my pet friends. Keep up the exemplary work.
