CAAbsolutely horrific sham of a company Absolutely horrific sham of a company. Purchased bed and received a shipping notification within an hour. This was over a month ago. Nothing has been received and have not been able to get a real response from “customer service” despite trying to contact them on all possible platforms. Save your money. Have since purchased a bed that was a quarter of the price, delivered within 2 days and I’d imagine of far superior quality.

GBDefinitely Recommend! Not only do my puppos LOVE their MushyBed, but working with their customer service was a breeze! I believe they used to ship their products from overseas, and at the height of COVID, things were a little delayed. I reached out (on Instagram, which I understand isn’t the most efficient communication sometimes), and my concerns were immediately attended to by a representative! This product is my dogs’ emotional support bed, but the customer service is just as supportive!

GBEven my incredibly picky pup loves it! I ordered a Mushy Bed for my incredibly picky and anxious border collie mix, he loves it! I’ve bought him a lot of beds in the past that for whatever reason he refuses to lay on them. With this one, due to the raised soft sides, he feels safe enough to chew his bones or play with his toys in it, even when people are over which is incredibly rare! He weighs about 50lbs, I got him the XL which is the perfect size and allows him to curl up or spread out.

GBSuckered by Instagram ad Suckered by Instagram ad. Started looking into it more once I realized it was shipping from China and taking forever. Sent multiple emails to cancel order; never received a reply. Package finally arrives but by this time I definitely don't want it - go to their Refund Policy page to find that not only do I need to pay out of pocket to ship it back to CHINA, they "don't guarantee" they'll even receive it and won't "approve or reject" a refund until they do. Kicking myself for not searching for real reviews beforehand. Ridiculous company.

CAImpressive service I gotta tell you that in these days of almost absent customer service the MushyBed team has surpassed my expectations with flying colours. Long story short, I wrote asking if Mushy Bed still shipped to Canada and I got a response - not a form letter, a robot response or no response at all, but one from a human specifically addressing my question and solution attached…I was thrilled! And now this added effort! Thank you for caring about your customers and your product. I’ll be trumpeting your praises to all my pet friends. Keep up the exemplary work.
