CAImpressive service I gotta tell you that in these days of almost absent customer service the MushyBed team has surpassed my expectations with flying colours. Long story short, I wrote asking if Mushy Bed still shipped to Canada and I got a response - not a form letter, a robot response or no response at all, but one from a human specifically addressing my question and solution attached…I was thrilled! And now this added effort! Thank you for caring about your customers and your product. I’ll be trumpeting your praises to all my pet friends. Keep up the exemplary work.

CAAbsolutely horrific sham of a company Absolutely horrific sham of a company. Purchased bed and received a shipping notification within an hour. This was over a month ago. Nothing has been received and have not been able to get a real response from “customer service” despite trying to contact them on all possible platforms. Save your money. Have since purchased a bed that was a quarter of the price, delivered within 2 days and I’d imagine of far superior quality.

GBEasy to order; dog loves it. Ordering was easy. Product arrived promptly, and my dog is already gravitating to it easily. I've been training "place" with her, and the little treats have been nestling in the fibers in a way that makes it double as a snuffle mat. Super useful distraction task for my anxious pup. The bed itself is holding up through all of this.

GBMy dogs love their beds! Yes, this company takes a long time to ship, and I have no experience with their customer service. But my 3 dogs LOVE their beds!! They used to try and sit with me on my office chair. Now, they opt for their beds. I do have concerns about the beds being manufactured in China, as some sources suggest that the fill used in China is unregulated and may be mage with toxic materials. More research needed on this.

GBDefinitely Recommend! Not only do my puppos LOVE their MushyBed, but working with their customer service was a breeze! I believe they used to ship their products from overseas, and at the height of COVID, things were a little delayed. I reached out (on Instagram, which I understand isn’t the most efficient communication sometimes), and my concerns were immediately attended to by a representative! This product is my dogs’ emotional support bed, but the customer service is just as supportive!
