Everything just works and at half the cost I just ordered my 9th and 10th smart blinds from smart wings. I have had no issues. Installation is easy and customer support is always knowledgeable to help out with any issues.

So far so good I have had my blind up a couple weeks. For the most part I really like it. The installation instructions are a little skimpy on details, but after setting everything out it went up easily. So far operating great. It replaced an old manual blind in a hard to reach area to raise. So I am glad for that.

Install harder than expected Overall the product arrived in good shape as I ordered. Impressive. The installation was a pain. I installed on our outside screen porch. I chose an inside mount and didn't realize how hard it would be to get a perfectly straight, perfectly level setup for three small clips that hold up the shade. I did have a problem mounting the clips to the rail on the top of the shade. I had to bend the lip of the rail a bit for all clips so the clip would extend far enough into the rail to create a tight fit, otherwise the clips kept popping out. I wish there had been a better solution to attach for an inside mount such as a supplied rail that was the length of the shade so I could easily level and line up vs independent clips, Or have a way to connect on both ends of the shade to the posts/wall.

Motor is larger and "quiet" (lower frequency) compared to the market alternatives. Roller shades custom measurements accurate to the mm. ZigBee integration to HS is seamless no issues found. Under a week DHL shipping to Europe. Customer support has not yet let down, quick replies and quick action on tickets. Price... Its probably one of the highest on the market but might be worth it. One downside though, maximum and minimum openings can only be set thru the remote, therefore recommend to get at least one remote with your purchase.
