USNice shade with smooth operation My excitement when the order arrived soon turned to dismay when I discovered the brackets required to hang it were missing. The first step in the instructions was to attach the non-existent brackets. Fortunately, customer support told me to look on the header where I found them. After that, installation and initial setup were both easy. I did run into many issues after connecting the Zigbee motor to my Smart Things hub, the travel limits were deleted, the remote no longer worked, the travel direction was reversed, and more. With unlimited patience, all this was finally straightened out. But when a connection was restored to the remote the connection to the Smart Things hub was lost. Perhaps it can't connect to both at the same time??? I can't find anything on this in the manual or on their website. I'm reluctant to continue experimenting now that it works but I'll try again soon. One feature which is awesome is that when nearing the up or down limit, the motor slows to a crawl so that last-inch closing (or opening) is slow and gentle. I'm upgrading my initial review to 4-stars after help in locating the brackets.

USThe perfect shade The perfect shade. The automation and solar panel are great as the window is behind the couch. We have Google Assistant set the shade for dawn, daytime, dinner. and movie night (closed).

SEBuild quality is good and solid. Build quality is good and solid. Installation is easy and plenty of paperwork comes to support. Motor is larger and "quiet" (lower frequency) compared to the market alternatives. Roller shades custom measurements accurate to the mm. ZigBee integration to HS is seamless no issues found. Under a week DHL shipping to Europe. Customer support has not yet let down, quick replies and quick action on tickets. Price... Its probably one of the highest on the market but might be worth it. One downside though, maximum and minimum openings can only be set thru the remote, therefore recommend to get at least one remote with your purchase.

USWe loved our experience from start to… We loved our experience from start to finish. The customer service personnel were extremely helpful and helped us narrow down our options. We have blackout as well as light filtering roller shades and they are exactly what we were looking for. The price was amazing too! We paid less for our whole house than we had been quoted for just our bedroom previously. They were incredibly easy to install and sync to the app as well. Super happy with our purchase.

The only downside was that the external battery requires more space than the 2inch that is listed on the website. This made it difficult to properly mount everything and ensure the battery was secure. Otherwise a very good product
