GB4 year itch I had one corner of the roof show a buckled leaf filter guard. Contacted the company and a rep came out, inspected and replaced all questionable sections. It didn't take long for the response or the repair.

GBGood product - Questionable install Based solely off my experience, statements made by the sales person about how things would be done were not exactly followed by the installer. Perhaps this was due to the installer being a subcontractor and not a dedicated Leaf Filter employee. The product itself seems fine and works fine. Bottom line - I'm the kind of person who believes when you say you're going to do something a certain way, that's the way it should be.
