I wish the sales approach were different Frankly, I don't care for LeafFilter's sales approach. It felt a little like buying a used car. There was no itemized/detail pricing, just a final figure - and one the salesperson asked that I not share. Not particularly good optics. It was also a little odd that the contract had part of the name blurred out, and also the final signoff was a document attributed to LeafFilter's parent company, LeafHome. Felt kind of weird. The installation seemed to go fine, though I have yet to inspect it. As for the performance of the product itself, since it was just installed, it is too soon to tell.

Great System and Customer Service Response time was very quick. Appointments were also set up quickly. Todd met with us and explained everything in detail, so that we could make an informed decision. Bruce arrived promptly the next day for the installation and provided pictures of the system once completed. The system is expensive, but we feel we made a good investment for our home. Overall, we are very happy that we made the decision to proceed and feel we have a quality product. Thank you to Todd and Bruce for providing us with great customer service.

4 year itch I had one corner of the roof show a buckled leaf filter guard. Contacted the company and a rep came out, inspected and replaced all questionable sections. It didn't take long for the response or the repair.

Good product - Questionable install Based solely off my experience, statements made by the sales person about how things would be done were not exactly followed by the installer. Perhaps this was due to the installer being a subcontractor and not a dedicated Leaf Filter employee. The product itself seems fine and works fine. Bottom line - I'm the kind of person who believes when you say you're going to do something a certain way, that's the way it should be.
