We have always gotten great service … We have always gotten great service from Aggieland Carpet One and Constance. From the moment we call to request some type of flooring service, Constance is usually there within a day or two to measure or consult with us on our needs. It has always been a smooth, pain-free process compared to some we have experienced in the past. What took a couple of weeks for this process, in the past, using a big box store, took several months. We couldn't be happier.

The bedroom wood flooring installation … The bedroom wood flooring installation and remodel tile work in the master bath were both a great job. The installers were very polite and cleaned up the job when complete. Constance is my Aggieland contact. She came to check on the job, and made a separate trip at the end, to bring a bottle of stone cleaner/protector and a copy of the "care and maintenance" of the newly installed stone tile. She also answered all of my questions regarding ordering a custom rug I had made at Aggieland. She is always friendly and professional.

Terrific sales experience and… Terrific sales experience and installation, but communication is lacking between sales and installers. We scheduled and then the date was changed for the installation via a text. Then the installer said we weren't scheduled, even though it had been set up a couple of weeks in advance. So we ended up with a third installation date. But everything was done super well except for that.

Replacing wood floors Replacing damaged wood floors we enjoyed for 20 years was a major decision. The knowledgeable staff at Carpet One guided us through the selection process to reach a decision that we love and that best suits a lifestyle that includes our dogs - low maintenance but suitable for the decor in our home. Highly professional and very easy to communicate desires. Aggieland Carpet One Floor and Home was selected quite by chance as we drove on HWY 6. There selection turned out to be a blessing. The finished product was outstanding. Our sales rep took our desires and suggested what would look good in our home. Because we have a small puppy, she also suggested that we get a dog friendly carpet. The installers were equally as professional as well as the plumber. They tried to accommodate our schedule, they were very informative, and they had great personalities. This was a job well done. WE ARE VERY SATISFIED!
