First Time, But Not the Last! We came into Aggieland Carpet One looking for a few tiles for our shower after some plumbing repair left us with a small hole in our wall. We only needed a few tiles, and Lexi, our sales person, treated us as if we were making a purchase for an entire home remodel. She took extra time to find what we needed, and what would work best for our needs. In a day when most companies want to make a sale, Lexi, and Aggieland Carpet One, made a customer. Blending a new tile bathroom floor with other tile in this area that is no longer available! Our small project was given the attention of a much larger and more expensive project / order. Your Lexi Fox greeted us warmly on our first visit and has worked with us as if we were her only customer and her only project. She has given us the information requested quickly and efficiently, and we cannot say enough about our experience at Aggieland Carpet One Floor & Home.. Terrific sales experience and… Terrific sales experience and installation, but communication is lacking between sales and installers. We scheduled and then the date was changed for the installation via a text. Then the installer said we weren't scheduled, even though it had been set up a couple of weeks in advance. So we ended up with a third installation date. But everything was done super well except for that.

Aggieland Carpet One is a great place… Aggieland Carpet One is a great place to select flooring for your home! Excellent customer service from beginning to end. Miriam Denton was a great help as our salesperson when we were trying to make our selections and made the whole process of scheduling and installation go so smooth. Their installers are great, too. I will be returning to Aggieland Carpet One when I am ready to redo my kitchen. I highly recommend them!

The bedroom wood flooring installation … The bedroom wood flooring installation and remodel tile work in the master bath were both a great job. The installers were very polite and cleaned up the job when complete. Constance is my Aggieland contact. She came to check on the job, and made a separate trip at the end, to bring a bottle of stone cleaner/protector and a copy of the "care and maintenance" of the newly installed stone tile. She also answered all of my questions regarding ordering a custom rug I had made at Aggieland. She is always friendly and professional.
