Parts Warehouse delivery arrived ontime Parts Warehouse delivery arrived on the day it was scheduled for and actually a few hours earlier. This helped me get them installed a day earlier. The mechanic said the parts went on as expected without any missing or broken items. Pricing was way better than local parts suppliers. The only thing is your going to pay for expedited delivery but it was still under the cost of the local guys and arrived before they could promise it. All in all a good experience. I will definitely utilize three folks again. Website is fairly easy to navigate as well.

Repair person B told me I needed part B which I received from parts warehouse. Range burner works. I returned part A and received refund from parts warehouse.

Found missing parts. 100% Satisfied. Website made finding vacuum attachments simple. Prices were competitive, S&H cost was fair, well packaged, and prompt. As good a transaction for buying vacuum parts as I could ask for. :D

Bait and Switch After reading several 1 star reviews I see I am not alone in my complaint. First, they claimed to have parts for my mower when the MFR website did not. So, I purchased the parts only to find out they were not in stock even though they were clearly marked “In Stock” on their website. I received no notice or email stating this. To make matters worse, when I called the phone number I was dealing with an off shore rep in the Philippines. Unreal, so I requested a refund on my expedited shipping request and will not be receiving my parts for over a month. Unreal. Bait and Switch…..beware.

Saved $100s fixing Eureka central vacuum unit. After almost 15 years of use our Eureka central vacuum unit stopped working. Troubleshooting demonstrated that the motor still worked fine, but that the problem was in the control unit circuit board. I found the control unit on the Parts Warehouse website, ordered one, and received it within a few days. It took less than 10 minutes to replace the old one. Now our vacuum unit works like new. This saved me $100s over paying someone else to fix it, or buying a new central vacuum unit.
