CABUYER BEWARE If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. This is long, but if you are considering buying something here, please read!!! I ordered a part from there and it said it would take 2 business days to be delivered. A week later, still nothing. I emailed and asked why I havent even received a confirmation email or tracking number, even though my credit card was already charged. The next FOUR replies from them (over the course of days), said they cannot find my order. I gave them all of my information, including a screenshot of my credit card being billed by them. I asked them multiple times to call me - which no one ever did. It wasnt until I told them to cancel my order, that they magically found it 5 minutes later. From there, they said I would receive my order by the end of the next day. Of course, that did not happen. When I inquired again about where my order was, they said there were "manufacturer delays" and that my order would not ship for another 6 days. I told them to cancel it and refund my money asap. Their reply was that I was assigned to a member of the "customer assistance team" .... (So who have I been dealing with this whole time??) and that someone would contact me within 1 business day. Obviously no one contacted me. 2 days later I told them to confirm my order was cancelled and a refund was being issued. Luckily, I was refunded. But I would not recommend to anyone to use this company. They were awful to deal with and just gave me the run around.

GBParts Warehouse delivery arrived ontime Parts Warehouse delivery arrived on the day it was scheduled for and actually a few hours earlier. This helped me get them installed a day earlier. The mechanic said the parts went on as expected without any missing or broken items. Pricing was way better than local parts suppliers. The only thing is your going to pay for expedited delivery but it was still under the cost of the local guys and arrived before they could promise it. All in all a good experience. I will definitely utilize three folks again. Website is fairly easy to navigate as well.

GBBait and Switch After reading several 1 star reviews I see I am not alone in my complaint. First, they claimed to have parts for my mower when the MFR website did not. So, I purchased the parts only to find out they were not in stock even though they were clearly marked “In Stock” on their website. I received no notice or email stating this. To make matters worse, when I called the phone number I was dealing with an off shore rep in the Philippines. Unreal, so I requested a refund on my expedited shipping request and will not be receiving my parts for over a month. Unreal. Bait and Switch…..beware.

GBI've used PartsWarehouse several times… I've used PartsWarehouse several times and always get the exact parts I needed. It sure is nice to fix something yourself rather than pay 10X the price to have someone else fix something I can do myself. Also I like that I can extend the life of appliances rather than throw it away and buy a new one. This is the first place I go to to find parts.
