The Search is Over! Looked all over for a replacement key for my Ryobi cordless electric mower. Was thrilled when I finally found it on Parts Warehouse! I received it much quicker than expected and now we longer have a jungle of a yard :)

Had a chainsaw part I couldn't find anywhere else I Broke my Ryobi chainsaw because I did something quite dumb, and I couldn't find a replacement part to repair it. This place had the EXACT plastic part I needed (online shop) when nobody else even sold it. The best part is- that they didn't charge exuberant prices when they technically could've. I'm glad they had my niche component so I could rebuild my chainsaw. Thanks, guys!

BUYER BEWARE If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. This is long, but if you are considering buying something here, please read!!! I ordered a part from there and it said it would take 2 business days to be delivered. A week later, still nothing. I emailed and asked why I havent even received a confirmation email or tracking number, even though my credit card was already charged. The next FOUR replies from them (over the course of days), said they cannot find my order. I gave them all of my information, including a screenshot of my credit card being billed by them. I asked them multiple times to call me - which no one ever did. It wasnt until I told them to cancel my order, that they magically found it 5 minutes later. From there, they said I would receive my order by the end of the next day. Of course, that did not happen. When I inquired again about where my order was, they said there were "manufacturer delays" and that my order would not ship for another 6 days. I told them to cancel it and refund my money asap. Their reply was that I was assigned to a member of the "customer assistance team" .... (So who have I been dealing with this whole time??) and that someone would contact me within 1 business day. Obviously no one contacted me. 2 days later I told them to confirm my order was cancelled and a refund was being issued. Luckily, I was refunded. But I would not recommend to anyone to use this company. They were awful to deal with and just gave me the run around.

Saved $100s fixing Eureka central vacuum unit. After almost 15 years of use our Eureka central vacuum unit stopped working. Troubleshooting demonstrated that the motor still worked fine, but that the problem was in the control unit circuit board. I found the control unit on the Parts Warehouse website, ordered one, and received it within a few days. It took less than 10 minutes to replace the old one. Now our vacuum unit works like new. This saved me $100s over paying someone else to fix it, or buying a new central vacuum unit.
