The items are common things available elsewhere but not all in one place like here. Pricing low enough that I could order a few extra "repair" items for my spa in case things broke.

There was a bit of a delay in shipping because they did not have everything in stock, but they called me right away to let me know and ask if I wanted them to send what they did have in stock and the rest when it came in.
