I ordered quantity TWO EACH of a water… I ordered quantity TWO EACH of a water feeder and thermocouple. I received QUANITY ONE of each, and the contact person in CA was completely unreachable, with a voice mailbox that was full, and never answered. Luckily, I reached JOSEPH in KY who fixed it, but really, how hard is it to know the difference between ONE and TWO?

All good All good! Only ordered 8 smoke detectors but later that night realized I needed 9. I called and an additional one was added to my order no problem. Buy from this company with confidence - there is a real person on the other end when you call! Thanks

has follow up to my last review Joseph… As follow up to my last review Joseph from Jaces finally called and gave a credit for the issue we had and was much appreciated and I had asked about reordering some things and he said please wait a couple weeks as they've had issues with a huge amounts of spam clogging up their system so I do appreciate the feedback and the return information again I've had great experience with them in the past. blessings have a great day
