GBEveryone was kind and courteous Everyone was kind and courteous, and knew their job. Everything was put back into place quickly when the job was done. The only negative was the pattern on the carpet made it difficult to exactly match across pieces, but it looks fine.

GBThe workers came promptly on the date… The workers came promptly on the date they specified. They worked very efficiently and cleaned up perfectly. We had one tile which was defective. I called them and they came out the same day and replaced it. I would (and have) recommended Williams Flooring to several friends.

GBI just can't say enough about the team … I just can't say enough about the team that they have at Williams flooring . The shopping was a pleasure and the insulation went smoothly and everything was cleaned up as if it never happened which is greatly appreciated I would highly recommend williams flooring as a place to shop, and also their small-town atmosphere was great! New to Waxhaw NC , This is definitely a hidden treasure that I'd like to pass on.

GBA+ Experience Professional Staff, Professional Installers, When the installion started, they got after it.....ripped up the old carpet, cleaned the floors thoroughly and got the installation done right. WHILE WE CONTINUED TO CONDUCT BUSINESS....... My pick for our next Carpet/Flooring project
