GBExcellent and personal customer… Excellent and personal customer service! I would highly recommend this company! We remodeled our master bath with tile and put new hard wood flooring in our master bedroom. Love the products and workmanship. They care about their customers!

GBRushed the job and didn't finish Rushed the job and didn't finish. Had to complain and they reluctantly came back to finish. Overcharged from the quoted price.

GBI just can't say enough about the team … I just can't say enough about the team that they have at Williams flooring . The shopping was a pleasure and the insulation went smoothly and everything was cleaned up as if it never happened which is greatly appreciated I would highly recommend williams flooring as a place to shop, and also their small-town atmosphere was great! New to Waxhaw NC , This is definitely a hidden treasure that I'd like to pass on.

GBThe workers came promptly on the date… The workers came promptly on the date they specified. They worked very efficiently and cleaned up perfectly. We had one tile which was defective. I called them and they came out the same day and replaced it. I would (and have) recommended Williams Flooring to several friends.
