Carpeting and vinyl flooring install... I ordered carpeting for my living room and hallway, and vinyl for my bathroom. The installers that showed up the first time were unprofessional and could not perform the installation. I contacted the owner, Amanda, and she apologized for the mishap and insisted she would remedy the issue. Almost a week later, she and a hired installer arrived to finish the installation. It was done well, and she put flooring in a small foyer and closet at no cost. I believe Amanda is a great owner and that the issue was with the installers. I would recommend Williams Flooring Carpet One and I think she has made the necessary adjustment to her installation crews.

Our old floor was glued down so badly … Our old floor was glued down so badly that it was almost impossible to get up. Williams flooring took the time to get it up and didn’t ask for a single extra dime. Then our new floor was perfect. All done in a timely fashion. Would recommend to anyone 😀
