My order was placed on a FRI- I followed up on Mon and was assured it would be shipped that week... unfortunately, there was a glut sold over the weekend that was not evident to the CS agent... The order was rectified as best it could be- Good product.

GBYard and Home were terrific Yard and Home were terrific. I purchase cobblestone post covers for my deck and couldn't be more pleased. Not only were they less than the competitors but their communication and fast shipping were awesome!

GBVery responsive customer service Very responsive customer service, good prices compared to competitors. I ordered a large number of deck tiles from Yard & Home that ran into a number of logistical issues when shipping. Though the supplier/logistics companies were not very helpful and I ended up having to rent a truck to do last mile pickup of the delayed, 3000lb shipment myself, Y&H themselves were quick to respond and helpful throughout the process. They also refunded me the costs of pickup upon request.

GBYard & Home had the products I was looking for. Yard & Home had the products I was looking for with a good selection and at a reasonable price. Delivery was on time. Products were high quality and worked as advertised. I would definitely buy from them again.

GBDebby in Customer Service hung up on me! Yard & Home, LLC. Is a third party seller on Amazon. Worst experience, I returned my order which consisted of 4 individually shipped boxes. 3 of the boxes were not opened. Now the party line is they need to talk to their vendor. I am inferring that they are not only a third party seller but a reseller I have been very patient, I am still waiting on my refund. Do yourself a favor. I bought a Prowood product, do not buy from this outfit. Home Depot, and lumber yards also carry this fence panel
