Ordering was easy, pricing was good and the shipment came within days after purchasing. Yard & Home had a huge selection of balusters to choose from and had plenty of inventory. The availability of products is great… The availability of products is great and shipping was prompt, however the I had an issue with the product. I have ordered 26" Estate aluminum balusters twice. The first batch was cut to 25 13/16" allowing for the extra added by the 2 connectors giving an exact 26". The second order came with all (30) balusters cut to exactly 26", which gave a total length of 26 3/16. Not a big difference but enough to require that I trim 3/16's off each one to make for a proper fit. The manufacturer should tighten up quality control.
