Shipping of My Order While the communication was okay concerning my order, the fact is that I received 2 "OOPS" emails concerning the shipping of my order. This is on top of the fact that I had to reach out to you for the status of my order. The product was packaged and shipped with care, no issues with the shipment or the product ordered. Love these baluster centerpieces Love these baluster centerpieces! They arrived faster than anticipated which was helpful. They look really nice on our new deck. These are easy to install and look well-made. I also had to purchase one extra off of Amazon (through Y&H) and that was shipped quickly too. I would definitely buy more products from this company.

Excellent service We ordered 2 door mats. Only one arrived. I emailed and the customer service was excellent. They quickly reached out to the shipper and the shipper was able to know that they shipped only one. They immediately shipped the 2 door mat. The product is excellent and kiddos to the customer service systems they have in place to track and be able to fix mishaps!
