Good pricing and reasonable shipping times. Shipping times weren't next day fast for all items, but everything came in in a timely fashion and in one piece. The prices were competitive with other places. I would definitely order from Tyler Tool again.

I had a few Craftsman V60 products in my possession so surprised to learn that Stanley killed the line to leave Craftsman and their V20 as the mid line, B&D as their value line, and Dewalt as their pro line. Shameful leaving previous customers who invested.

Tyler Tool did great but Makita dropped… Tyler Tool did great but Makita dropped the ball on the 36v chain saw. It came with an Oregon chain instead of a Makita chain, and they included a 100cc container of bar and chain oil which doesn't even fill up the reservoir in the saw. The oil is lighter than typical bar and chain oil, and they don't provide specs with any meaningful info, so they want to sell the recommended Makita bar and chain oil in 100cc containers @ $8.50 per bottle. I didn't expect to take out a loan to use this saw. Actually haven't used it yet. Studying my options on b&c oil before proceeding. I only have dozens of Makita cordless tools. Very disappointing, Makita.

Order was delayed for unspecified… Order was delayed for unspecified reasons, even though they continued to advertise 5 day deliveries on orders. Item was poorly packaged. There was no damage to unit but packaging was not done professionally. Unit seems to work fine so far

The items I ordered were almost… The items I ordered were almost immediately back ordered so I wasn’t happy I attempted to cancel the order but got the run around and pay pal refunded the money. Few months later I come home and the order is on the porch…..so I guess as long as you’re patient and not in a hurry you will get the product and as far as the product they were both top notch without any issues.
