Kept in contact through delays Due to the large amount of orders causing delays, the package took ages to arrive. I appreciated the updates, as without them I would have assumed it was just a scam until it showed up over a month later!

Firik cheapened up their cat litter… Firik cheapened up their cat litter cartridges and they are awful. The plastic bag is very thin, unlike past orders, and they added a cheap perfumey fragrance to cover up the cat litter smell. Obviously they knew cheapening the plastic would allow the odor to permeate and exit the confines of the bag, so they hoped the scent would cover it up. It doesn't and I now have a 4 pack that is headed to the recycle bin. A shame because they used to be really good.

I used to buy the FIRIK litter genie… I used to buy the FIRIK litter genie refill on Amazon and was disappointed to find it wasn't being offered anymore. Then I found it on the FIRIK website and was happy to order even though it was coming from overseas. With that in mind, I knew it would take longer to receive my product but was extremely happy that it took less than two weeks to receive the refill. I will be a repeat customer.

Only sad because I wish I could order… Took one star off only because I wish I could order via Amazon like before. Also my order was sent in multiple boxes for the same item and transaction, wish it could be sent together. Overall very happy with the product itself, I will be ordering more when I run out it is a great alternative with competitive pricing.

Better quality than the "name brand" Better quality than the "name brand" Prompt shipping, exactly as described. Used to purchase off Amazon and was disappointed when I couldn't find them anymore. Very glad to find Firik is still selling them here.
