Jim walked me through the features available with the ADT system and I was pleased to learn that I did not need a land line in with ADT. This saved me $30 month on an unnecessary phone bill. The installation was handled very professionally and smoothly by Micah Robertson. GBExcellent Salesman had a great knowledge of the product and options. Knew all about security and listened to my issues and concerns. With my input, we designed a system (ADT Pulse) that works for us. Installer was experienced and explained the operation enough times so I got it. Then left his cell number for any more questions. And they made appointments that fit my schedule, not theirs. I recommend them to anyone wanting a security system, has multiple adults coming and going, and is not dependent on sce, phone lines, or wifi.
