Professional, excellent customer service! I recently converted my Bay Alarm system over to ADT after speaking with Jim Stanley at California Security Pro. Jim walked me through the features available with the ADT system and I was pleased to learn that I did not need a land line in with ADT. This saved me $30 month on an unnecessary phone bill. The installation was handled very professionally and smoothly by Micah Robertson. Excellent Salesman had a great knowledge of the product and options. Knew all about security and listened to my issues and concerns. With my input, we designed a system (ADT Pulse) that works for us. Installer was experienced and explained the operation enough times so I got it. Then left his cell number for any more questions. And they made appointments that fit my schedule, not theirs. I recommend them to anyone wanting a security system, has multiple adults coming and going, and is not dependent on sce, phone lines, or wifi.

Potential buglar warning The procedure in getting a security system installed was very straight forward. The sales person pointed out security risk areas and recommended alarms. The cost of the system and the elements were explained. The installer was friendly and professional. The explanation on the system use was very straight forward. Initial installation glitches were quickly corrected. I now have peace of mind when home alone or away.

Great and efficient service made me feel secure already! From the sales person to the technician I didn't feel like I was being oversold something I didn't need... And the option to add on more security features once we see how our main system is working was super helpful. The technician came, set everything up, tested it and then sat down and answered all of our questions and helped us set up our online account and phone apps. Definitely a great experience and I would recommend them highly.
