We are very satisfied with ADT! We had a prior positive experience with sales rep, Paul Daly, at our former home following a burglary. When we moved, we called Paul again -- no need to test the market as he and the ADT team had a proven track record with us. The installer did a great job and really invested the time to make sure we knew full capabilities of the system; plus he walked us through setting up the web-account and the IPhone app.. Rate it a 10 across the board!

Excellent job, no hassles, no worries...no burglars !! I can only say good things about Bill Wood and Jesse, the installer,regarding our purchase and installation of the security system. Bill was easy to work with, did not try tu up sell unless I asked for something. He knew his stuff and made the decision an easy one. Jesse was very proficient and thorough. There were some tricky areas but he was able to work around them and the system was in and working in very little time. I would recommend this company without reservation.

Potential buglar warning The procedure in getting a security system installed was very straight forward. The sales person pointed out security risk areas and recommended alarms. The cost of the system and the elements were explained. The installer was friendly and professional. The explanation on the system use was very straight forward. Initial installation glitches were quickly corrected. I now have peace of mind when home alone or away.

Awesome service... Would recommend Brandon our sales rep and Renee our installer was awesome. Brandon was very clear and very on top our questions..... Renee was awesome. Very efficient at doing the work, very thorough, on time, and paid attention to detail. Only reason why there wasn't a 5 star rating was that Brandon missed the installation and explanation of the system, but Renee took care of it masterfully. Otherwise would recommend California Security Pro and ADT to anyone looking for an alarm.

Great and efficient service made me feel secure already! From the sales person to the technician I didn't feel like I was being oversold something I didn't need... And the option to add on more security features once we see how our main system is working was super helpful. The technician came, set everything up, tested it and then sat down and answered all of our questions and helped us set up our online account and phone apps. Definitely a great experience and I would recommend them highly.
