The cost of the system and the elements were explained. The installer was friendly and professional. The explanation on the system use was very straight forward. Need multiple trips to finish the installation but it was completed satisfactory This was a takeover installation from my existing wired alarm system. We ordered one set of systems and then the installer told us that we needed to go for another systems for ADT Pulse function. Good that it was no extra charge. Needed 3 trips in total to complete the installation. But the service was very prompt and it has been working flawlessly. I would recommend California Security Pro for alarm installation.
