Potential buglar warning The procedure in getting a security system installed was very straight forward. The sales person pointed out security risk areas and recommended alarms. The cost of the system and the elements were explained. The installer was friendly and professional. The explanation on the system use was very straight forward. Initial installation glitches were quickly corrected. I now have peace of mind when home alone or away.

Jim walked me through the features available with the ADT system and I was pleased to learn that I did not need a land line in with ADT. This saved me $30 month on an unnecessary phone bill.
