The cost of the system and the elements were explained. The installer was friendly and professional. The explanation on the system use was very straight forward. Initial installation glitches were quickly corrected. I now have peace of mind when home alone or away.

Bill was easy to work with, did not try tu up sell unless I asked for something. He knew his stuff and made the decision an easy one. Jesse was very proficient and thorough. With my input, we designed a system (ADT Pulse) that works for us. Installer was experienced and explained the operation enough times so I got it. Then left his cell number for any more questions. And they made appointments that fit my schedule, not theirs. I recommend them to anyone wanting a security system, has multiple adults coming and going, and is not dependent on sce, phone lines, or wifi.
