Professional, excellent customer service! I recently converted my Bay Alarm system over to ADT after speaking with Jim Stanley at California Security Pro. Jim walked me through the features available with the ADT system and I was pleased to learn that I did not need a land line in with ADT. This saved me $30 month on an unnecessary phone bill. The installation was handled very professionally and smoothly by Micah Robertson. I am extremely pleased with my new alarm system and the excellent customer service I received from both Jim and Micah at California Security Pro.

Excellent and efficient service with all questions answered. The sales rep was efficient and covered all equipment to be installed. He took time to go over the total package we wanted and also made suggestions for our individual safety like the motion detector and broken glass alarm. The total package we purchased was under $50.00 a month. We are completely satisfied with the quick installation the next day. Less than two hours. Both the sales rep and the installer went over the use and functions of the wall mounted control box and allowed us to practice the use of each button. Example: home and away buttons. Potential buglar warning The procedure in getting a security system installed was very straight forward. The sales person pointed out security risk areas and recommended alarms. The cost of the system and the elements were explained. The installer was friendly and professional. The explanation on the system use was very straight forward. Initial installation glitches were quickly corrected. I now have peace of mind when home alone or away.

Awesome service... Would recommend Brandon our sales rep and Renee our installer was awesome. Brandon was very clear and very on top our questions..... Renee was awesome. Very efficient at doing the work, very thorough, on time, and paid attention to detail. Only reason why there wasn't a 5 star rating was that Brandon missed the installation and explanation of the system, but Renee took care of it masterfully. Otherwise would recommend California Security Pro and ADT to anyone looking for an alarm.

Installation process was fast and very professional. Before installation, they needed to rewire my house phone line. They seemed to know where to look at and resolved the issues quickly. The installation and test of alarm system were done very fast. I like their service.
