GBExcellent Salesman had a great knowledge of the product and options. Knew all about security and listened to my issues and concerns. With my input, we designed a system (ADT Pulse) that works for us. Installer was experienced and explained the operation enough times so I got it. Then left his cell number for any more questions. And they made appointments that fit my schedule, not theirs. I recommend them to anyone wanting a security system, has multiple adults coming and going, and is not dependent on sce, phone lines, or wifi.

GBProfessional, excellent customer service! I recently converted my Bay Alarm system over to ADT after speaking with Jim Stanley at California Security Pro. Jim walked me through the features available with the ADT system and I was pleased to learn that I did not need a land line in with ADT. This saved me $30 month on an unnecessary phone bill. The installation was handled very professionally and smoothly by Micah Robertson. I am extremely pleased with my new alarm system and the excellent customer service I received from both Jim and Micah at California Security Pro.

GBNecessary but kind of a pain! I really didn't want a security system but circumstances happened! I found that I needed one and California security pro filled the bill. Sigh.

GBWe are very satisfied with ADT! We had a prior positive experience with sales rep, Paul Daly, at our former home following a burglary. When we moved, we called Paul again -- no need to test the market as he and the ADT team had a proven track record with us. The installer did a great job and really invested the time to make sure we knew full capabilities of the system; plus he walked us through setting up the web-account and the IPhone app.. Rate it a 10 across the board!
