Need multiple trips to finish the installation but it was completed satisfactory This was a takeover installation from my existing wired alarm system. We ordered one set of systems and then the installer told us that we needed to go for another systems for ADT Pulse function. Good that it was no extra charge. Needed 3 trips in total to complete the installation. But the service was very prompt and it has been working flawlessly. I would recommend California Security Pro for alarm installation.

Excellent job, no hassles, no worries...no burglars !! I can only say good things about Bill Wood and Jesse, the installer,regarding our purchase and installation of the security system. Bill was easy to work with, did not try tu up sell unless I asked for something. He knew his stuff and made the decision an easy one. Jesse was very proficient and thorough. There were some tricky areas but he was able to work around them and the system was in and working in very little time. I would recommend this company without reservation.

Great and efficient service made me feel secure already! From the sales person to the technician I didn't feel like I was being oversold something I didn't need... And the option to add on more security features once we see how our main system is working was super helpful. The technician came, set everything up, tested it and then sat down and answered all of our questions and helped us set up our online account and phone apps. Definitely a great experience and I would recommend them highly.

Excellent Salesman had a great knowledge of the product and options. Knew all about security and listened to my issues and concerns. With my input, we designed a system (ADT Pulse) that works for us. Installer was experienced and explained the operation enough times so I got it. Then left his cell number for any more questions. And they made appointments that fit my schedule, not theirs. I recommend them to anyone wanting a security system, has multiple adults coming and going, and is not dependent on sce, phone lines, or wifi.

Excellent and efficient service with all questions answered. The sales rep was efficient and covered all equipment to be installed. He took time to go over the total package we wanted and also made suggestions for our individual safety like the motion detector and broken glass alarm. The total package we purchased was under $50.00 a month. We are completely satisfied with the quick installation the next day. Less than two hours. Both the sales rep and the installer went over the use and functions of the wall mounted control box and allowed us to practice the use of each button. Example: home and away buttons. We highly recommend California Security Pro
