Awesome service... Would recommend Brandon our sales rep and Renee our installer was awesome. Brandon was very clear and very on top our questions..... Renee was awesome. Very efficient at doing the work, very thorough, on time, and paid attention to detail. Only reason why there wasn't a 5 star rating was that Brandon missed the installation and explanation of the system, but Renee took care of it masterfully. Otherwise would recommend California Security Pro and ADT to anyone looking for an alarm.

Excellent Salesman had a great knowledge of the product and options. Knew all about security and listened to my issues and concerns. With my input, we designed a system (ADT Pulse) that works for us. Installer was experienced and explained the operation enough times so I got it. Then left his cell number for any more questions. And they made appointments that fit my schedule, not theirs. I recommend them to anyone wanting a security system, has multiple adults coming and going, and is not dependent on sce, phone lines, or wifi.

Great and efficient service made me feel secure already! From the sales person to the technician I didn't feel like I was being oversold something I didn't need... And the option to add on more security features once we see how our main system is working was super helpful. The technician came, set everything up, tested it and then sat down and answered all of our questions and helped us set up our online account and phone apps. Definitely a great experience and I would recommend them highly.

Highly recommend California Security Pro I am very happy I chose California Security Pro for the installation of my new ADT system. They were very knowledge, professional and efficient in all aspects of upgrading my existing hard-wired system, and adding outside and inside cameras. They explained everything and were very pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend them to friends and neighbors. Patrick and Jesse installed my equipment and they are excellent. California Security Pro Danny the sales rep was really intelligent about his alarm products and overall a real down to earth person. The tech Chris was great. He did clean work and I liked him as much as Danny. I would recommend California Security Pro to my friends and family. So far I'm completely satisfied with their service and employees!
