Excellent Salesman had a great knowledge of the product and options. Knew all about security and listened to my issues and concerns. With my input, we designed a system (ADT Pulse) that works for us. Installer was experienced and explained the operation enough times so I got it. Then left his cell number for any more questions. And they made appointments that fit my schedule, not theirs. I recommend them to anyone wanting a security system, has multiple adults coming and going, and is not dependent on sce, phone lines, or wifi.

Awesome service... Would recommend Brandon our sales rep and Renee our installer was awesome. Brandon was very clear and very on top our questions..... Renee was awesome. Very efficient at doing the work, very thorough, on time, and paid attention to detail. Only reason why there wasn't a 5 star rating was that Brandon missed the installation and explanation of the system, but Renee took care of it masterfully. Otherwise would recommend California Security Pro and ADT to anyone looking for an alarm.

Highly recommend California Security Pro I am very happy I chose California Security Pro for the installation of my new ADT system. They were very knowledge, professional and efficient in all aspects of upgrading my existing hard-wired system, and adding outside and inside cameras. They explained everything and were very pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend them to friends and neighbors. Patrick and Jesse installed my equipment and they are excellent. Installation process was fast and very professional. Before installation, they needed to rewire my house phone line. They seemed to know where to look at and resolved the issues quickly. The installation and test of alarm system were done very fast. I like their service.

Necessary but kind of a pain! I really didn't want a security system but circumstances happened! I found that I needed one and California security pro filled the bill. Sigh.
