We are very satisfied with ADT! We had a prior positive experience with sales rep, Paul Daly, at our former home following a burglary. When we moved, we called Paul again -- no need to test the market as he and the ADT team had a proven track record with us. The installer did a great job and really invested the time to make sure we knew full capabilities of the system; plus he walked us through setting up the web-account and the IPhone app.. Rate it a 10 across the board!

Installation process was fast and very professional. Before installation, they needed to rewire my house phone line. They seemed to know where to look at and resolved the issues quickly. The installation and test of alarm system were done very fast. I like their service.

Potential buglar warning The procedure in getting a security system installed was very straight forward. The sales person pointed out security risk areas and recommended alarms. The cost of the system and the elements were explained. The installer was friendly and professional. The explanation on the system use was very straight forward. Professional, excellent customer service! I recently converted my Bay Alarm system over to ADT after speaking with Jim Stanley at California Security Pro. Jim walked me through the features available with the ADT system and I was pleased to learn that I did not need a land line in with ADT. This saved me $30 month on an unnecessary phone bill. The installation was handled very professionally and smoothly by Micah Robertson. I am extremely pleased with my new alarm system and the excellent customer service I received from both Jim and Micah at California Security Pro.

Necessary but kind of a pain! I really didn't want a security system but circumstances happened! I found that I needed one and California security pro filled the bill. Sigh.
