The cost of the system and the elements were explained. The installer was friendly and professional. The explanation on the system use was very straight forward. GBExcellent job, no hassles, no worries...no burglars !! I can only say good things about Bill Wood and Jesse, the installer,regarding our purchase and installation of the security system. Bill was easy to work with, did not try tu up sell unless I asked for something. He knew his stuff and made the decision an easy one. Jesse was very proficient and thorough. There were some tricky areas but he was able to work around them and the system was in and working in very little time. I would recommend this company without reservation.
