Excellent and efficient service with all questions answered. The sales rep was efficient and covered all equipment to be installed. He took time to go over the total package we wanted and also made suggestions for our individual safety like the motion detector and broken glass alarm. The total package we purchased was under $50.00 a month. We are completely satisfied with the quick installation the next day. Less than two hours. Both the sales rep and the installer went over the use and functions of the wall mounted control box and allowed us to practice the use of each button. Example: home and away buttons. Great and efficient service made me feel secure already! From the sales person to the technician I didn't feel like I was being oversold something I didn't need... And the option to add on more security features once we see how our main system is working was super helpful. The technician came, set everything up, tested it and then sat down and answered all of our questions and helped us set up our online account and phone apps. Definitely a great experience and I would recommend them highly.

Highly recommend California Security Pro I am very happy I chose California Security Pro for the installation of my new ADT system. They were very knowledge, professional and efficient in all aspects of upgrading my existing hard-wired system, and adding outside and inside cameras. They explained everything and were very pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend them to friends and neighbors. Patrick and Jesse installed my equipment and they are excellent. I would give them ten stars.

We are very satisfied with ADT! We had a prior positive experience with sales rep, Paul Daly, at our former home following a burglary. When we moved, we called Paul again -- no need to test the market as he and the ADT team had a proven track record with us. The installer did a great job and really invested the time to make sure we knew full capabilities of the system; plus he walked us through setting up the web-account and the IPhone app.. Rate it a 10 across the board!
