GBUnhappy Tile sample came from another country so it went through many places before it arrived to me, the box was smashed in and the tile was chipped as well. Paid a hefty price for just a sample and wasn’t pleased. They did offer to send me another sample and try to remedy my issue so I did bump their stars up for that!

GBWonderful tiles Wonderful tiles offered and very responsive Staff. The tiles we ordered were shipped promptly by DHL and trackable. Most were in great condition. Beltile was fantastic in quickly replacing the few that had arrived cracked. Thanks so much!

TALK ABOUT "CUSTOMER SERVICE" AND BelTile IS ON ANOTHER LEVEL...THIS COMPANY AND THEIR "CUSTOMER SERVICE" PERSON WENT OVERBOARD TO MAKE SURE THAT I HAD AN "OUTSTANDING" OUTCOME. RELATIVELY NEW COMPANY BUT FOR SURE THEY HAVE "OLD SCHOOL" SATISFACTION AS THEIR #1 GOAL!!!!
