TALK ABOUT "CUSTOMER SERVICE" AND BelTile IS ON ANOTHER LEVEL...THIS COMPANY AND THEIR "CUSTOMER SERVICE" PERSON WENT OVERBOARD TO MAKE SURE THAT I HAD AN "OUTSTANDING" OUTCOME. Happy customer I was looking for something very specific and Diane at BelTile was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, contacting their factories in Italy to see what could be sourced to fulfill my vision. Price was very competitive compared to other options I explored. I just placed a large order and have yet to receive it so I can't speak to the delivery experience just yet but the sales process was very pleasant and I would highly recommend this company. 12 out of 10 stars for Diane!
