Sent wrong tile. Beautiful tile selection, but they sent the wrong tile sample. Colors online do not fully match reality, so we are glad we ordered a sample. But, the sample we ordered is not the one we received. Makes me concerned about ordering large quantity - what if they send the wrong one? When we ordered the sample we did not get any confirmation of shipping, tracking, or estimated arrival so it was a bit of a mystery until the tile sample showed up by mail.

Had Just What We Needed BelTile had just what we needed - 8x8 black and white square tiles for our laundry room floor. We couldn't find them anywhere else, and I had my heart set on a checkered pattern for this room. The sales associate was super helpful in helping me place my order.
