The order process was smooth but no follow-ups on the order. The order process was smooth. I liked the option to pay after the fulfillment of the order. However, there was no follow-up communication or update on the order. The website looks suspicious. Order with caution.

Highly recommend I read the reviews and was hesitant about purchasing floors from Super Arbor, but the price difference was too good to pass up. I don’t know how or why others have had issues, because I found the entire process to be smooth, easy, and I got exactly what I expected. Communication was excellent and delivery was prompt. I would definitely purchase from them again.
