They give out personal info.very… They give out personal info.very horrible tech support I would not recommend this to anyone .Not worth money will never recommend too anyone just a joke .

Second time around it got better First review I made was 1 star and was based on an experience where I did not get the right product, and did not hear from Brickhouse when I contacted them. Then they woke up, and treated me very nice. I was allowed to return my product and was refunded. Also the second time I was allowed to return with refund. Also the respons time was very fine when we communicated, that gives a thumbs up :)

All the reviews on their site are fake! BUYER BEWARE! I purchased a goods and service from one of Shopper Approved's clients and had a very negative experience. I should have known that the glowing reviews where fake but to be honest I had not yet heard of Company's buying reviews. I shop Amazon - the reviews are honest-pretty much. At least when I submit one that conforms to their sites good standards, it is shown and it remains listed as long as the item is listed. I was unable to review the product I purchased from Brickhouse Security. I could not review the supposed 24/7 tech support either. The whole thing is a scam. As an American that has switched over to the internet for 90% of her shopping needs reviews are VITAL! I will shout out about this company EVERYWHERE! THEY WOULD NOT LET ME POST A REVIEW WHERE I PURCHASED A BAD PRODUCT... so I will post it everywhere else. Social Media can be used both ways.

Amazing DISAPPOINTMENT Amazing. A year after my first review that they convinced me to remove, here we go again. Get an invoice from them saying urgent must pay. Login to their website, nothing to pay. Back and forth with their company and responses like this: Thank you for your email and I hope you are well. We sincerely apologize, we're working on adding the option for the customer to see the subscription on the website. If there's anything else we can assist you with, please don't hesitate to reply to this email or call us at 800-654-7966. No solution, no remedy, nothing. They don't have the tech ability to add billing to their website??? And we are to trust them with security? Their customer service seems likes its answered by ALL bots because they don't take it serious, they never put a name on an response and they never fix a problem. Checking out the competition.
