Tom, who oversaw the installation came to our home and made sure everything ran smoothly and was done correctly. Cesar and Victor were GREAT installers and so kind and competent. The only hitch was that one carpet did not come on time, but, Pam kept calling them and keep us informed the arrival. We had a good experience with Ramtown Carpet and would not hesitate to use them again and recommend to our friends.

Fantastic--Best product and service I ever received. I just had my kitchen floor done in a laminate and it looks beautiful. The two men that did the installation were very friendly and accommodating. They moved everything and installed as real professionals. We will soon need carpeting for our living room and we will return to Ramtown Carpet One. Ramtown Carpet From picking out all of the great choices with the staff, to Tommy who is great at measuring and customer service, and finally the 5 installers that came on time , were very polite , very careful and were like machines installing an entire house with moving furniture , ripping up old carpet , installing the new carpet, then putting everything back where it belonged. I was amazed and to say the least very impressed. I totally recommend this place of business.
