Very Pleased From the time we met Nancy at the Home show at Brookdale CC we have been happy with the attention we have received. The girls spent time with us to pick out the best floor, type & color for our kitchen renovation. Nancy kept us informed about price and instillation. Tom provided us with a great installer, Tom also, who did a fabulous job putting down our chosen product. Tom was very attentive during the instillation by not only coming to the house during the instillation but also to inspect the job after it was completed. Ramtown Carpet From picking out all of the great choices with the staff, to Tommy who is great at measuring and customer service, and finally the 5 installers that came on time , were very polite , very careful and were like machines installing an entire house with moving furniture , ripping up old carpet , installing the new carpet, then putting everything back where it belonged. I was amazed and to say the least very impressed. I totally recommend this place of business.

Good experience except for the delivery timeline. Beautiful rug! The saleswoman, Nancy was courteous and helpful. Ramtown Carpet provided excellent workmanship measuring and laying the carpet. Unfortunately, there was an extremely long wait to have carpet delivered.

Ramtown = A+ Tom Is the best. He literally came out to survey the condition of my townhouse flooring 3 times and worked with me to come up with a solution. My concrete slab contains a high level of moisture and Tom helped me realize that the only solution was to tile the slab. Any other fix would have created the same problem I was trying to correct in the first place. When my wife and I stopped by Ramtown's showroom, we were really impressed with the service given to us by both Nancy and Tom.
