Excellent! We've used Ramtown Carpet One several times throughout the years for all of our flooring needs and have never been disappointed! Nancy and Pam are always friendly and professional when we enter the store and always do a great job helping us choose just the right flooring for our home! Great experience from selection to installation. A great experience beginning with the knowledgeable sales staff, Nancy and Pam, who accessed our lifestyle and helped us choose a carpet that would withstand the accidents our two dogs have sometimes while staying within our budget. With new furniture we were concerned about the installation but Tommy, the customer service manager, made sure that the installation was flawless, and the installers were great. They were courteous, careful and neat. Looking forward to our next floor project and working with the Ramtown team again.

Nancy and Tommy were great! Very easy experience - we selected a carpet and got an install date quickly and easily. Nancy is SUPER NICE and very efficient - when she said she would do something, it happened. She was very conscientious too! Once it was time for install, Tommy contacted me to set the date - the workers came out and the install was perfect. This was our first time working with Ramtown, but we will definitely use them again!

Satisfied Customer Everyone at Ramtown Carpet was courteous, knowledgeable and kind. Our salesperson Pam did a great job measuring and presenting options for us to choose from. Tom, who oversaw the installation came to our home and made sure everything ran smoothly and was done correctly. Cesar and Victor were GREAT installers and so kind and competent. The only hitch was that one carpet did not come on time, but, Pam kept calling them and keep us informed the arrival. We had a good experience with Ramtown Carpet and would not hesitate to use them again and recommend to our friends.
