Best company in Dalton, Georgia. I recently have been working with Georgia Carpet Industries. Their staff and manager are very friendly and know everything about carpeting that you need to know. Their delivery is fast and on time. Their people were very easy to work with and their prices were excellent.

Fast paced for the consumer Fast paced for the consumer. Excellent by far in getting the customers order processed and out the door. Steve Brownlee went above and beyond to walk me thru the process. His company deserves to know what a fabulous employee they have! The warehouse team for where it was stored til pick up also deserves accolades. The carpet was a perfect fit for my humble abode!

Dissipointed Didn’t receive samples I asked for. Called back still didn’t get them. Have made multiple purchases on past due to rental property owned. Not sure why didn’t but will not ask a third time and not sure I will purchase from again. Kenny

Incredibly DISAPPOINTED Incredibly DISAPPOINTED with the service. We had beautiful hard wood floors both purchased and installed from Georgia Carpets. Really wanted to buy locally. Floors are now squeaking and shifting even when no one is on the floor. I have contacted them a total of 6 times, yes 6!! It was suggested that I sprinkle baby powder on them to see if that helps. Did that with no improvement an now no one will respond to my calls. I would NOT RECOMMEND at all. Super unhappy.
