they had the part I needed I needed a new latch for my biometric door lock. I didn't need or want to buy an entire new one, just find the latch. ShieldLab had the right part at a good price with fair shipping costs. it arrived in a just a couple of days, I installed it as it fit perfectly and works like new.

Pricing Need to have wholesale pricing for installers.

Unhappy We had ordered a Digital Keypad lock as ours had broken! It was for our main entrance door! We were told to order model 5600 as it replaces the one that broke. We bought it with the NEXT day UPS service as we had no door handle or lock at a cost of $71.00us but did not receive the package until 4 days later!!! Then to find out it did not fit/or replace the old one! Very upset with the service and was not reimbursed for purchasing the next day service we had paid for and had not recieved. When called them to tell them the handle did not fit and we will be sending it back they would not pay for the return of the product ! I did send an email expressing my concern but no reply was given! I would not recommend this company as it was very dissapointing experience!

Nice Security System. As I was putting up two of the Cameras, On the front of the House. The Neighbor from across the street asked me. "Are you putting a security System?" My Answer was YES. The Neighbor on my left & on the right Also Asked. The Neighbor on the left side asked " Can you point one of the Cameras a little bit to my Driveway too?" I thought it was funny. I let them know it was programed to my son's Lab Top & Cell Phone, So he can Check on the house from any place or Time. I was trying to make it sound as good as I could.
