GBTerrible experience. Lights are nice but not worth it The lights are so beautiful and I was very excited to enhance my home - I bought four different lights. It seemed to take forever to get them. Then one arrived. Then a week later the second then a couple of weeks later the third. I couldn't find bulbs to fit the pendant lamp. I went to a electrical/lighting store that has every kind of bulb available. He said it could be one of two kinds that he had, but if I put in the wrong one, it could spark and be dangerous, so I should find out which one it was. I wrote the company and it took over a week to get a response. When you write to the company, it says "Helen@ homidiy" so you get the idea that there is a person you're writing to. But 'Helen' is not very nice. She answers for sure, but there is no sense of human understanding. Maybe it's a language thing...but they could at least use AI to say Sorry or Thank you. It's just an awful experience. The third shipment was months my order. When purchasing, it said set of two. I ordered two sconces. I received one. I wrote about it and have not received an answer yet. Now I'm thinking that with such a bad experience, they probably are counting the sconce as two because it has two bulbs. The only reason it has ANY stars is because the lamps are very pretty. their design and advertising is nice but the rest totally sucks.

GBI was surprised by this lamp I was surprised by this lamp. Came well packaged with no damage. Easy to put together without reading instructions.

GBTerrible experience I ordered a light on January 5. It finally arrived on February 3 but it was completely smashed in the packaging. They initially offered to send me a replacement and then stopped replying to my emails. I filed a claim with UPS as well because it arrived damaged, but UPS says that homdiy has still not replied to them to complete that process. It was a beautiful looking lamp and I was excited to have it, but it seems like this is not a trustworthy company.

CAWorst Customer Service The customer agent named 'Helen' is passive-agressive, not centered on finding a solution. I was in the right time delay to ask for a return/refund, she proposed a 15% refund. She told me to send the product back at my own expenses, which was 60$ CAD for a 90$ product. The reason for the return was because their product is cheap made and awful looking. It's made of cheap plastic and clearly is not respecting the electricity norms.

GBWe needed a statement pendant in the… We needed a statement pendant in the entryway to our small vacation cabin. When I saw this I was obsessed and hoped it was as nice as it looks in the photos. It's now installed and I'm still obsessed. The green of the shades matches our couch and, overall, the fixture is just really interesting. Great value for the uniqueness of the fixture.
