I had also been told that I could use the alarm.com app the same day -- over 24 hours later I have yet to receive a passcode. Not smooth, folks.

GBNext renewal will be my 3rd year Next renewal will be my 3rd year! I am not happy with the monitoring charges to be paid in lump sum. I am contemplating of terminating the monitoring service unless I will be given a special rate or discount. Thank you for your consideration.
