I keep getting emails from AlarmRelay I keep getting emails from AlarmRelay, but I am not a customer and can not seem to unsubscribe.

2nd attempt with them 2nd attempt with them. The first tech (over a year ago) didn't seem to be able to program my panel. 2nd tech was good and got it done. However, the medical alert device keeps having problems and they want to charge me for a tech to look at it when the problem has been there since day one. Poor business practice to nickel and dime a new customer.

In under 15 minutes, we configured and then tested all doors, windows & sensors and were up & running. I’ve tested response times by creating false alarms and consistently get called within 30 seconds.

Install process was prolonged due to… Install process was prolonged due to complications on our end (our old company wouldn't release the cellular signal) and on not clear communication on their end. Eventually got worked out after rescheduling tech appointment 3 times. I also got conflicting info on what ap is needed to control the system- still trying to sort that out. Otherwise has been very responsive and quick to call back if messages left.
