Excellent Professional Service A delightful experience, from the lady who answered all our concerns in a friendly and helpful manner to the pleasant technician who skillfully problem solved as he guided us aboard and made the hook up super easy. A refreshing change from a well known company that disappointed us with their deceptive business practices. Install process was prolonged due to… Install process was prolonged due to complications on our end (our old company wouldn't release the cellular signal) and on not clear communication on their end. Eventually got worked out after rescheduling tech appointment 3 times. I also got conflicting info on what ap is needed to control the system- still trying to sort that out. Otherwise has been very responsive and quick to call back if messages left.

Easy to setup! Best value anywhere. Easy to setup! They walked me through re-configuring my system. In under 15 minutes, we configured and then tested all doors, windows & sensors and were up & running. I’ve tested response times by creating false alarms and consistently get called within 30 seconds.

Watchlight aka Alarm Relay… I have used Watchlight aka Alarm Relay for over 10-years. When we bought our home, it had an existing panel and sensors. They came out, configured the system and added two new sensors at our request and at a reasonable price. Over the years, we have had 2 actual alarms and a few false alarms (our error when opening the garage door when system was armed) and they have responded within 10-30 seconds. Always polite and professional. Getting ready to upgrade my system and looking forward to continued service and support with them.

Alarm Relay has provided excellent… Alarm Relay has provided excellent service so far and I started their service a couple of months ago. I would definitely give a five star rating. I am just waiting to see how they perform if there is any issue.
