In under 15 minutes, we configured and then tested all doors, windows & sensors and were up & running. I’ve tested response times by creating false alarms and consistently get called within 30 seconds.

GBpoor support The support lines are only open normal business hours west coast time. This is not very helpful for east coast customer. Additionally receiving error codes from a zone that no one could tell me where the zone was in the store. Though we did identify all zones when they took over the service.

GBPrice increase make Alarm Relay not… Price increase make Alarm Relay not attractive any more. sorry, but I have 3 local vendors that will monitor cellular or LTE with mobile app for less then $18..

GBCustomer service was excilant to set up… Customer service was excilant to set up the account with Katy and the tech walked me through the reprogramming of my existing key pad over the phone with no problem. Only issue I have is that I received by mail two window / door stickers to show and "advertise" Alarm Relay when I signed up. I have four doors on my home so I call customer service and requested more stickers. They said there was a charge to order more stickers - Come on guys, I am trying to advertise your company - I own my own business and we give away our tee shirts so people will know who we are and and we get our name out there to be seen. and you are going to charge for stickers. (who's idea was that ! )

GBDid not like working with this company Did not like working with this company. Canceled contract less than a year into service with them. Not easy to work with and alarm techs could not get my system to work with my VOIP. Refused to refund the rest of my money based on balance of unused contract.
