I set my mother up on it in California, I will probably do so in my property in Ohio! I had been searching for something like Alarm Relay for a long time. Finally glad to have found it!!!!

I keep getting emails from AlarmRelay I keep getting emails from AlarmRelay, but I am not a customer and can not seem to unsubscribe.

Excellent Professional Service A delightful experience, from the lady who answered all our concerns in a friendly and helpful manner to the pleasant technician who skillfully problem solved as he guided us aboard and made the hook up super easy. A refreshing change from a well known company that disappointed us with their deceptive business practices. We appreciate the straight forward, pleasant service and no gimmick practices of this company.

tried to make extra money; follow-up too slow Technician called after I had signed only to recommend that I upgrade my system. When I refused, he was able to connect it anyway. I had also been told that I could use the alarm.com app the same day -- over 24 hours later I have yet to receive a passcode. Not smooth, folks.

poor support The support lines are only open normal business hours west coast time. This is not very helpful for east coast customer. Additionally receiving error codes from a zone that no one could tell me where the zone was in the store. Though we did identify all zones when they took over the service.
