poor support The support lines are only open normal business hours west coast time. This is not very helpful for east coast customer. Additionally receiving error codes from a zone that no one could tell me where the zone was in the store. Though we did identify all zones when they took over the service.

However, the medical alert device keeps having problems and they want to charge me for a tech to look at it when the problem has been there since day one. I've been using Alarm Relay for over 8… I've been using Alarm Relay for over 8 years and they are definitely great on cost. Especially great if you already have the equipment already installed and you want to transition from the hefty cost of providers like ADT. They also have great service, they will help via phone with many technical issues that you have with your system or refer you to a local contact if necessary. Down side if you need to install a system.
