GBNo Longer a Good Company I have used Alarm Relay for years and they WERE great. I moved recently and tried to set up service at my new home. Long story short, I spent months trying to get a functioning system and never did. Had to send equipment back twice and they finally agreed to refund us. Now we sent the equipment back over a month ago and haven't seen a penny of our money refunded.

GBI've been using Alarm Relay for over 8… I've been using Alarm Relay for over 8 years and they are definitely great on cost. Especially great if you already have the equipment already installed and you want to transition from the hefty cost of providers like ADT. They also have great service, they will help via phone with many technical issues that you have with your system or refer you to a local contact if necessary. Down side if you need to install a system.

GBCustomer service was excilant to set up… Customer service was excilant to set up the account with Katy and the tech walked me through the reprogramming of my existing key pad over the phone with no problem. Only issue I have is that I received by mail two window / door stickers to show and "advertise" Alarm Relay when I signed up. I have four doors on my home so I call customer service and requested more stickers. They said there was a charge to order more stickers - Come on guys, I am trying to advertise your company - I own my own business and we give away our tee shirts so people will know who we are and and we get our name out there to be seen. and you are going to charge for stickers. (who's idea was that ! )

GBAbove & Beyond Expectations Above & Beyond Expectations. Alarm Relay will prove to be a disruptive business model. Super customer service, incredible price. I set my mother up on it in California, I will probably do so in my property in Ohio! I had been searching for something like Alarm Relay for a long time. Finally glad to have found it!!!!

GBBad faith attitude. Had Alarm Relay for about two years then got rid of my land line. No problem up till then. Cancelled service but was called back a few months later to see if I wanted to get service back using a cell communicator. Paid the $200 and got the Telguard, tried for two weeks to get it working with the help of their tech people. Verizon signal was too weak, sent it back and got the AT&T version. Tried for another two weeks to get it set up, “somehow” the transformer on my alarm system went bad, got one from Amazon. Tried to get it set up again, more than 30 (their return deadline) days had passed since purchase of Telguard, still not able to get it working, my system did not work at all after that. Had some life issues and contacted them in December to send the unit back, they said no. Have now paid $2000 to have a new alarm installed and have a $200 Telguard that is useless. Would not work with this company again.
