Did not like working with this company Did not like working with this company. Canceled contract less than a year into service with them. Not easy to work with and alarm techs could not get my system to work with my VOIP. Refused to refund the rest of my money based on balance of unused contract.

Watchlight aka Alarm Relay… I have used Watchlight aka Alarm Relay for over 10-years. When we bought our home, it had an existing panel and sensors. They came out, configured the system and added two new sensors at our request and at a reasonable price. Over the years, we have had 2 actual alarms and a few false alarms (our error when opening the garage door when system was armed) and they have responded within 10-30 seconds. Always polite and professional. Getting ready to upgrade my system and looking forward to continued service and support with them.

I set my mother up on it in California, I will probably do so in my property in Ohio! I had been searching for something like Alarm Relay for a long time. Finally glad to have found it!!!!

Easy to setup! Best value anywhere. Easy to setup! They walked me through re-configuring my system. In under 15 minutes, we configured and then tested all doors, windows & sensors and were up & running. I’ve tested response times by creating false alarms and consistently get called within 30 seconds.

Price increase make Alarm Relay not… Price increase make Alarm Relay not attractive any more. sorry, but I have 3 local vendors that will monitor cellular or LTE with mobile app for less then $18..
