Additionally receiving error codes from a zone that no one could tell me where the zone was in the store. Though we did identify all zones when they took over the service.

A refreshing change from a well known company that disappointed us with their deceptive business practices. 2nd attempt with them 2nd attempt with them. The first tech (over a year ago) didn't seem to be able to program my panel. 2nd tech was good and got it done. However, the medical alert device keeps having problems and they want to charge me for a tech to look at it when the problem has been there since day one. Poor business practice to nickel and dime a new customer.

I’ve tested response times by creating false alarms and consistently get called within 30 seconds.

Alarm Relay has provided excellent… Alarm Relay has provided excellent service so far and I started their service a couple of months ago. I would definitely give a five star rating. I am just waiting to see how they perform if there is any issue.
