I set my mother up on it in California, I will probably do so in my property in Ohio! I had been searching for something like Alarm Relay for a long time. Finally glad to have found it!!!!

poor support The support lines are only open normal business hours west coast time. This is not very helpful for east coast customer. Additionally receiving error codes from a zone that no one could tell me where the zone was in the store. Though we did identify all zones when they took over the service.

Excellent Professional Service A delightful experience, from the lady who answered all our concerns in a friendly and helpful manner to the pleasant technician who skillfully problem solved as he guided us aboard and made the hook up super easy. A refreshing change from a well known company that disappointed us with their deceptive business practices. I've been using Alarm Relay for over 8… I've been using Alarm Relay for over 8 years and they are definitely great on cost. Especially great if you already have the equipment already installed and you want to transition from the hefty cost of providers like ADT. They also have great service, they will help via phone with many technical issues that you have with your system or refer you to a local contact if necessary. Down side if you need to install a system.

Easy to setup! Best value anywhere. Easy to setup! They walked me through re-configuring my system. In under 15 minutes, we configured and then tested all doors, windows & sensors and were up & running. I’ve tested response times by creating false alarms and consistently get called within 30 seconds.
