GBtried to make extra money; follow-up too slow Technician called after I had signed only to recommend that I upgrade my system. When I refused, he was able to connect it anyway. I had also been told that I could use the alarm.com app the same day -- over 24 hours later I have yet to receive a passcode. Not smooth, folks.

GBNo Longer a Good Company I have used Alarm Relay for years and they WERE great. I moved recently and tried to set up service at my new home. Long story short, I spent months trying to get a functioning system and never did. Had to send equipment back twice and they finally agreed to refund us. Now we sent the equipment back over a month ago and haven't seen a penny of our money refunded.

A refreshing change from a well known company that disappointed us with their deceptive business practices. GBAlarm Relay has provided excellent… Alarm Relay has provided excellent service so far and I started their service a couple of months ago. I would definitely give a five star rating. I am just waiting to see how they perform if there is any issue.
