GBOne of the worst companies I’ve ever… One of the worst companies I’ve ever worked with. Customer service was horrible. I had to be the one initiating contact every time. Company customer service will never accept any blame and try to pin it on anyone else they can. Trent Percival was looking to make a quick buck instead of trying to actually help. Never reached out to help until I persistently called to get something done. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone looking to have someone that does that their with pride and honesty

GBVery happy with customer service. I recently had to customer service interaction with Jim Anderson at Flex Alarms. The system was (and also has) worked great, but there was a minor billing issue. Jim responded the same day and not only corrected the minor charge immediately, but also went above and beyond of what we asked for. I couldn't be more happy with our customer experience. I would recommend this company to anyone in the market for a new alarm. We are protected and we receive excellent customer service!
