USVery happy with customer service. I recently had to customer service interaction with Jim Anderson at Flex Alarms. The system was (and also has) worked great, but there was a minor billing issue. Jim responded the same day and not only corrected the minor charge immediately, but also went above and beyond of what we asked for. I couldn't be more happy with our customer experience. I would recommend this company to anyone in the market for a new alarm. We are protected and we receive excellent customer service!
